As TV Art Director in past, I have experience with large variety of production hurdles. I have managed variety of professionals from makeup artist to large teams of animators. Also, I have experience with directing VFX scenes and commercials... 2d animation is my preferred go to move and After Effects is my weapon of choice. Mate Painting, Particles, Element3d, Scripts, and everything needed for fast and great looking end product... 3d animation I use as asset builder, and for high end commercial with reasonable timeframe. Sadly, I don't do Character animation (any part of it). My preferred tool is 3ds Max in correlation with Cinema4d as bridge to After Effects. Vray and TyFlow lately are my preferred 3ds plugins.
