Premier Water Engineering (PWE) is a civil and environmental engineering and consulting firm that provides services in planning, applied research, design, construction management, and operations of water and wastewater projects. Currently our company consists of nine highly educated and well-experienced licensed professional engineers. Our experience is diverse and extensive - some members have worked with major consulting engineering firms or public agencies, while others have years of experience on oversea assignment. We believe the importance of always first to understand each project's uniqueness, feasibility, risk, local standards, technology status, and policy requirements so that it can be successfully delivered and advanced technology can be best integrated into the local system...
