The operations of the corporation are under the direction of a five-member Board of Directors. The members of the corporation elect each director to a three-year term. An annual meeting is held the first Thursday of April at 7:00 p.m. Monthly Board of Directors meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the office located at 7131 E FM 922 Valley View, TX...
