Rick Weber is the CEO of CBC Federal Credit Union ($575M in Oxnard, CA) and has turned an average credit union into a top performing sales and service leader. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, CBC Federal Credit Union has maintained strong branch sales and new member growth, but has also ranked among the top credit unions in the country for member survey NPS scores (3 rd Quarter - Member Loyalty Group Program). Rick has developed a diverse skill set during his career in the credit union industry. He started his career as an NCUA Examiner and then worked as a credit union CFO, before finding a real passion on the retail side of the business. As a Senior Vice President at Security Service Federal Credit Union, Rick helped expand the credit union's Mountain Region from six to thirty-nine branches over a twelve-year span. Rick is a certified Customer Experience Executive through the nationally recognized CXEA Academy in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
