Aaron joined the Campus Bound team in 2009, after 5 years in college admissions at Curry College. Since that time, he has also worked in college admissions at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and as a high school guidance counselor. Aaron's admissions experience led to him becoming a contact and consultant for the Leaning Disabilities Association of Massachusetts, and he has spoken at many college panels, access events, and conferences. Aaron enjoys helping all students find the college/university that is the right fit for them.
Barbara keeps the Campus Bound team organized and on task. She helps each family connect with our team, keeps our records and databases current, and organizes our admissions and financial aid materials and information. From start to finish each year, Barbara ensures that the Campus Bound ship is running smoothly.
Barbara has been a high school counselor in public as well as private high schools in the midwestern, southeastern and western regions of the US. Barbara has worked closely with students and families helping them to navigate all aspects of the college search and application process, and has experience working with students from a variety of backgrounds, ability levels and career interests. In addition to working with high school students, she has also read admission applications for New York University and has visited over 200 college campuses.
Beth is a former high school English teacher who has worked with students of all ability levels. Her background includes over 10 years of working for Massachusetts students as an educator, researcher, writer, and editor. Beth has experience working at both Harvard and New York University.

Since 1995, Danielle has dedicated her career to providing students and families with insight and guidance surrounding the college admission process. As both an admission and high school counselor, Danielle has been fortunate to have worked with a diverse population of students with different wants, needs, talents, and challenges. Danielle has been a dedicated member of regional and national professional organizations and has been honored with awards noting her commitment to students and the admission profession.

Danielle has worked in college admissions and advising since 2002. As a senior member of the Graduate Admissions Office at Babson College, she helped students find success in the MBA application process and then enjoyed following their exciting entrepreneurial endeavors. She has worked at several colleges and universities in the Boston area, as well as the Claremont Colleges in Southern California.
Deborah has worked in the field of education for many years including college admissions, school administration and secondary school counseling. She has worked with students in all phases of the college admission process as well as serving as a presenter at professional conferences and workshops on a range of topics. My Approach "I enjoy working with families through each phase of the college admission process. The approach I utilize is highly individualized and tailored to each student's needs. It is an honor to guide students on this part of their educational journey and watch the process unfold through inquiry, research and hard work! Every student with the desire to attend college will find his/her place. One of the advantages of having a breadth of knowledge and experience is knowing that this process will lead a student to post-secondary plans that work best for him/her."

Ellin has over 20 years of experience in public schools working with students who are pursuing higher education. At Campus Bound, she works with students in the greater Lexington area, North Shore and Central MA. She also enjoys hosting initial meetings with families who are interested in learning more about Campus Bound.

Erika is a licensed professional school counselor and has worked as a guidance counselor in the high school setting since 2012.
Erin has more than 15 years of experience teaching English composition and literature to high school seniors. She has worked with both public and private school students in academic settings, and she has designed and run writing camps in the White Mountains of NH through the National Writing Project. Her knowledge and passion for writing, revising, editing and publishing, combined with her understanding and empathy for young people, gives her the ability to guide students to create a stellar college essay.
Gerard has worked in higher education since 2000. His background is in undergraduate and graduate admissions and has worked for several schools including Holy Cross, Brandeis University, and Suffolk University. Gerard joined Campus Bound in 2005.
Gregg founded Campus Bound with one goal in mind - to provide professional and high-quality college admissions and financial aid support to parents and students in a very personalized manner.
Gregg has completed extensive coursework in financial aid and has supported families through all aspects of the financial aid process since 2003. Gregg has presented to hundreds of organizations and has appeared on local media outlets such as WBZ-TV, Fox-25, and local radio stations.
Jackie has extensive experience in college admissions and admissions marketing. She worked in college admissions for more than a decade at institutions in and around Boston prior to joining Campus Bound and continues to read applications for local colleges needing assistance.
Jamie has been working as a public high school counselor since 2009. She has spent over a decade working with students and families as they navigate the college admissions process as well as forming connections with college admissions representatives from many local colleges and universities.

Since 2011, Jen has guided students and families through the college search and application process. In addition to her work at Campus Bound, Jen has worked as a school counselor in private and public high schools and has supported students with a wide range of abilities, career interests, and backgrounds.
After several years in both the television and editing industries, Jen discovered her true career "fit" in 2012 when she became a local high school counselor. In this role, she has helped guide hundreds of students through the college search and application process, a process that she looks forward to every year. Jen particularly enjoys partnering with students and families as they determine what makes an ultimate "fit" in college. She takes pride in reducing the stress that is often associated with college admissions and loves supporting students and families throughout the entirety of this process.
Since 2008, in the role of a school counselor at a high-achieving public high school, JK counseled students with various learning styles, recruited student-athletes, first-generation college-bound students, and students eager to attend a highly-selective institution. More recently, JK made the transition to the role of a college counselor at an independent secondary school. JK's academic and counseling experience also includes work in the Prevention Science and Practice Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and in the Office of Student-Athlete Academic Services at Boston College.
With degrees in English and School Counseling, Kate has been working as a counselor since 2005 in high schools on both the West Coast and East Coast. She has also served as an application reader for Brown University, UCLA, and Wellesley College.
Kelly has over 8 years of college counseling and teaching experiences at independent secondary schools in California and Colorado with a focus on prospective collegiate athletes. In addition to her work as a college counselor, Kelly has read undergraduate applications for Northeastern University since 2012.
Kristan worked as a school and college counselor for 10 years at private high schools guiding students and families through the college search and application process prior to joining the Campus Bound team. She is passionate about helping students recognize their strengths, embrace what makes them unique, and find colleges that would be the best fit for them. With an empathetic, supportive approach, she aims to empower students as they navigate this journey of self-discovery and preparing for their future. .
Kristen had nearly 20 years of college counseling experience before joining the Campus Bound team. She has worked for a non-profit where she developed and managed a college access program. She currently works as a school counselor for a private high school located in the suburbs of Cincinnati, Ohio. She works closely with students and families to navigate the college research and application process and has experience working with student athletes, students with specialized interests, and students with a range of abilities.
Kristen has been working as a counselor since 2012. Having experience both on the east and west coast, she has worked in private counseling as well as rigorous high schools helping all types of students in their college process. Kristen has successfully worked with thousands of students with various academic backgrounds and extracurricular interests.

Since 2011, Lizzie has worked with students at all phases of their university experience, beginning with the undergraduate admissions process through to the early career exploration chapter. During her time at Babson College, she worked with MBA and Specialized Master's candidates pursuing graduate business education. Lizzie is also an experienced University Recruiter for a leadership development program targeting interns and recent graduates interested in the STEM fields.
Lynette has worked in financial aid and student services offices since 2007. Through roles at Emmanuel College, American University, Suffolk University, and the University of Maryland System, she has acquired in-depth knowledge of the full financial aid process and intricacies involved in completing applications and appeals. My Approach "As a first-generation college student, I understand the many challenges families face applying for financial aid and deciding the best approach to finance an education. While working with families, I always anticipate the ‘next steps' and provide them with the guidance they need to feel comfortable with this process. I enjoy helping individuals feel confident they have the information they need to make the right decisions for themselves and their families."
Maureen's early career was in student financial administration at Harvard University and Lesley College. Since 2010, Maureen has worked as a high school counselor, assisting students and families as they navigate the college search and application process. She enjoys working with college admissions representatives and with her colleagues in college counseling.

Meredith joined Campus Bound in 2004 after ten years in college admissions and high school counseling. Over the years, she has presented at industry conferences and to students and parents on myriad admissions topics. Meredith finds satisfaction in building a team of professionals who are all focused on helping students and families successfully navigate the college search and application process.
Mike joined the Campus Bound team in 2006 after retiring from Natick High School where he served as a guidance counselor. Mike has worked with a wide variety of young people whose dreams and goals span the spectrum of post-secondary education. My Approach "For me, it is always a rewarding experience to assist young people as they negotiate the steps toward achieving their goals, to encourage them to take the responsibility for their progress, and to celebrate their success and share their excitement for the future. As a reviewer of essays, I like to encourage writers to think of their essays as an opportunity to have an interview with the reader without being present and to work with writers to put together clear and effective essays."

Mindy, a former Director of Admission at Wentworth Institute of Technology, has spent the majority of her career working in various capacities in the fields of college admissions and enrollment management. She has over fifteen years of experience guiding students and families through the college search and application process.
As an educator with more than 25 years of experience, Monica works as a teacher to foster a love of learning, reading, and writing in young people. She has worked as a literacy coach with adults, a college prep tutor, and an executive function coach, in addition to being a veteran classroom teacher. Monica's current role is as a high school English teacher, where she helps her students develop an appreciation for the power of language, a love of literature, and a vision for their future.
Pam has extensive experience in education, including 14 years as an English teacher and 12 years on both sides of the admissions desk, first in the Office of Admissions at the University of Rochester and then as the head of college counseling at an independent school.

Sam Luby has been working in a variety of roles within college counseling and admissions since 2014. After working in graduate school advising and the college counseling software Naviance in the U.S., Sam moved to China in 2017 and worked in college counseling for both private companies and schools. Recently, he was the Head of University Guidance Counseling for a selective IB high school in Shanghai and served as an admissions reader for both UC San Diego and UC Berkeley. Currently, Sam is a PhD student at Florida State University studying higher education, an instructor for UCLA's College Counseling Certificate program, and a college counseling professional. He is a Certified Educational Planner (CEP), a board advisor for the EdTech company Snowday, and a Professional Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA).

Sarah worked in college access and financial aid for more than 10 years in the greater Boston area before joining Campus Bound. Originally working with high school students in nonprofits in Boston, she quickly found the financial aid world deeply fascinating, and oftentimes problematic. Having worked with college access organizations and charter schools, she switched to financial aid on the university side in 2017. She worked at selective schools in the Boston area and gained an understanding of the complexities of financial aid awarding. Sarah was previously a Campus Bound college counselor, before shifting to the financial aid side to help families and students pursue their higher education goals.
Vanessa has over a decade of experience in college admissions. She was the Associate Director of Admissions at Wentworth Institute of Technology before holding remote positions in the admissions offices of Colgate University and Suffolk University following the birth of her two sons. Vanessa is also an application reader for Questbridge, a non-profit organization that assists low-income students with the college process.
