Dr. Rockey is a Board Certified Interventional Radiologist and the Medical Director of Cleveland East Vascular Care since 2013. He has served the metropolitan Cleveland area for 25 years. Dr Rockey has experience in all areas of interventional and diagnostic radiology and is recognized for his expertise in the care and maintenance of the hemodialysis access utilized by kidney dialysis patients.
Dr. Rockey graduated, with honors, from Miami University and the Medical College of Ohio, where he also completed his internship in internal medicine. He completed both his residency in radiology and a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology and gained additional certification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
Dr. Rockey's prior experience included time as the Medical Director of the Department of Radiology at Hillcrest Medical Center, and the Director of Interventional Radiology and Non-Invasive Vascular Imaging at Hillcrest, St John's Westshore and St. Vincent's Medical Centers in the Cleveland area. Dr Rockey also-founded and served as CEO of NightVision Teleradiology, which provided local and regional teleradiology services through its physician partners in Cleveland and Jerusalem.
Dr. Rockey was born in Cleveland Ohio and has been a lifelong resident of the Cleveland metropolitan area. He is married and has three children, enjoys bicycling and skiing and is an active member of the community.

Dr. Aws Aljanabi is a distinguished Board Certified Nephrologist and a fellowship-trained Interventional Nephrologist, holding membership in the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN).
He began his medical journey with an internal medicine residency in New York, followed by a nephrology fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Demonstrating exceptional expertise, Dr. Aljanabi was subsequently chosen for the Interventional Nephrology fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Upon completing this fellowship, Dr. Aljanabi continued his professional development at the University of Michigan, serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Nephrology. In November 2023, he joined Preferred Vascular Group, bringing with him an extensive background in performing advanced procedures and in educating fellow physicians. His profound knowledge in the management and maintenance of vascular access for kidney dialysis patients positions him at the forefront of his field.

Dr. Eric McLoney, MD, is board-certified in Radiology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology, and Interventional/Diagnostic Radiology as well as holding a Registration in Vascular Interpretation. He is the Medical Director for Cleveland West Vascular Care.
A native of Pickerington, OH, Dr. McLoney is a graduate of The Ohio State University. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Physics prior to completing his Doctor of Medicine. He completed his residency in Radiology at The Ohio State University Medical Center followed by a fellowship in Vascular & Interventional Radiology at the University of North Carolina. After completing his training, Dr. McLoney served on the faculty of the University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH, and the Virginia Tech Carilion Clinic School of Medicine in Roanoke, VA.
Dr. McLoney has a broad range of experience in all aspects of interventional radiology. He focuses his care on treatment of dialysis access, uterine fibroids, pelvic congestion syndrome, and peripheral arterial disease.
With interests in music, martial arts and attending live theater performances, Dr. McLoney lives in Westlake with his wife, two children, two cats and a dog.

Dr. Sandeep Sharma is an experienced Interventional Nephrologist with nearly two decades in the field. He has completed more than 20,000 dialysis access-related procedures, treating patients across Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Dr. Sharma completed his Family Medicine Residency at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA, followed by an Internal Medicine Residency and Nephrology Fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He trained under Dr. John Ross, a renowned vascular and dialysis-access surgeon, for interventional nephrology. He was the first Interventional Nephrologist to establish a practice in Western Pennsylvania and pioneered endovascular fistula creation in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Dr. Sharma is dedicated to providing high-quality care efficiently, ensuring patients feel valued and supported. He believes that "patients' vascular access is their lifeline, and I am the plumber that keeps it going." He focuses on teamwork in patient care, aiming to make his role as stress-free as possible for patients.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Sharma is involved in raising awareness about kidney disease. He regularly speaks on access care in the region and has been a Board Member of the National Kidney Foundation for 15 years. He also supports the local chapter of the Wounded Warriors Project.
Dr. Sharma is an avid fan of Pittsburgh sports teams and is proud to be part of the Preferred Vascular Group team.

Dr. Victor Njoku, MD, is board-certified in Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He has joined the Preferred Vascular team in Atlanta to provide a well-rounded, full range of vascular surgery services.
Having grown up in Decatur, GA, Dr. Njoku is a graduate of Xavier University (New Orleans, LA). He earned a Masters in Public Health from Tulane University prior to completing his Doctor of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. He then continued to complete his residency and fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Indiana. After completing his training, Dr. Njoku has worked as a private practice vascular surgeon in the Atlanta area since 2016.
Dr. Njoku has a broad range of experience in all aspects of vascular surgery. His specific areas of interest include Endovascular and Open Treatment of Complex Aortic Pathology, Endovascular and Open Treatment of Carotid Artery Disease, Endovascular and Open Treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease, Complicated Dialysis Access Surgery and Management of Venous Disease.

Felicity DeVaughn holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pensacola Christian College and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University. Following graduation, she worked with Middle Tennessee Vascular for 11 years. As an Advanced Practice Provider, she has more than 15 years of experience in the field of vascular medicine, joining Preferred in 2016.
Felicity is very detailed-oriented provider who is a strong advocate for patient-centered care. She is passionate about helping her patients have a better life and is committed to on-going education in support of that goal.
Felicity lives in Kennesaw with her husband, sons, and dog. She enjoys spending time with family and being in the outdoors camping and hiking.

Dr. Perry achieved Magna Cum Laude as a graduate from Furman University and graduated from the medical College of Georgia. He completed his internship, residency and vascular fellowship at the University of Mississippi. Dr. Perry has extensive experience in all areas of vascular medicine; however he is recognized for his expertise in both the surgical creation and the on-going care of the vascular access for kidney dialysis patients. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the Georgia Surgical Society.

Dr. Rajdev is a board-certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist specializing in complex endovascular procedures with a special focus in dialysis access and women's health intervention. Dr Rajdev is the Medical Director of Preferred Vascular Group's Akron Vascular Care location in Munroe Falls.
A native of Westchester County, NY, Dr. Rajdev completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont. After finishing his medical school training as class valedictorian, he completed a surgical internship at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in MN. Due to his interest in cutting-edge minimally invasive surgery techniques, Dr Rajdev then pursued specialized training in both Radiology and Interventional Radiology. He completed his Radiology residency at Case Western/ University Hospitals in Cleveland, and was appointed Chief Resident for the Educational Curriculum in his final year. Following this, he completed his Vascular & Interventional Radiology Fellowship at the University of Virginia, one of the highest volume referral centers for complex peripheral vascular and fibroid disease intervention. During his time at UVA, Dr. Rajdev developed special expertise in the treatment of complex uterine fibroid disease at UVA's multidisciplinary Fibroid Clinic. After completing his training, Dr. Rajdev served on the faculty of the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH before moving into private practice on the east side of Cleveland.

Dr. Rajdev focuses on comprehensive dialysis access interventional care, peripheral arterial and venous diseases. Dr. Johnson is board certified in both medicine & nephrology and he is also certified in interventional nephrology by ASDIN. Dr. Johnson has been in practice with Georgia Kidney Associates in Marietta for the past 7 years.
As a partner in the practice, Dr. Johnson provides nephrology care and serves as the medical director of several local dialysis centers. As a result of Dr. Johnson's interest and his dual skill and training in interventional dialysis access procedures, Dr. Johnson began providing services, several days per week, at Northwest Atlanta Vascular Care in Marietta since the opening of the clinic in 2012.
Dr Johnson completed his medical school training at the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and his undergraduate degree, internal medicine residency, nephrology fellowship and interventional training all at Emory University in Atlanta.

His focus is on all aspects of dialysis access management, complex peripheral arterial disease, uterine fibroid embolization, pelvic congestion syndrome, vascular access, interventional oncology, and complex GI/GU interventions.
Dr. Shah holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago in Biology and Environmental Science along with a master's degree from Boston University.
Dr. Shah is a fitness and musical enthusiast, who enjoys running, hiking, playing piano and guitar. He is most passionate about his role as the father of a 7-year-old. Dr. Shah is fluent in both English and Gujarati.
