We are a family owned, Independent Gas Station/ Trucking company that was established in Oceanside, California in 1995. Its founders, Mohsen and Susana have a Real Estate background since 1989 focused on all aspects of the Real Estate Industry including Commercial, Residential, Business Opportunities, and Real Estate Loans. Our commitment to offer our customers the lowest possible prices and friendly service has been our main goal and model since we first opened. Since then, thousands of customers have been our friends and loyal supporters that have help our company grow. With that in mind, in 2007 we decided to launch this website to offer greater opportunities for our loyal customers to continue to benefit from lower prices.
