Barry B. Sandrew, Ph.D. is the Founder of Legend3D. Under his creative and technical leadership, Legend3D has become the provider of 2D-to-3D conversion services to the entertainment industry with credits on many of the films in the history of cinema, including the 2012 Academy Award-winner Hugo and Academy Award-nominee Transformers: Dark of the Moon. An internationally-recognized visual effects pioneer and digital imaging expert with more than 18 VFX patents and 26 years of feature film and TV experience, Dr. Sandrew leveraged his original, patented digital systems and processes for feature film colorization to create Legend3D's proprietary 3D conversion process. He was previously Chief Technology Officer of American Film Technologies (AFT), the world's first all-digital colorization company. In 1983, Dr. Sandrew left AFT to co-found Lightspan, Inc., one of the largest educational software companies in the U.S. From 1979 to 1986, he was staff neuroscientist at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, where he established three laboratories, including the first Neuroscience Imaging Laboratory in the Department of Radiology centering on MRI, CAT, and PET imaging of the brain. He also served on the staff of Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons as an NIH Postdoctoral Fellow.

Bruce W.D. Barren is Group Chairman of The EMCO/Hanover Group, which, since its inception in 1971, has concluded more than $3+ billion in financial transactions worldwide as international merchant bankers, representing more than 1,000 separate corporate transactions. Mr. Barren specializes in matters attendant to the senior management decision process, including those relating to executive and employee compensation, wrongful terminations, board representation, operating management, planning, financial administration, short and long-term debt and capital involvement, including capital sourcing, encompassing all types of investment requirements - business turnarounds, capital restructuring and merger/acquisition, plus foreign licensing along with corporate valuations for cash/ collateral purposes under the U. S. Bankruptcy Act and separately, for estate planning - including tangible and intangible assets. Mr. Barren has personally been involved in more than 200 business turnarounds and emerging businesses, worldwide representing more than $1 billion in annualized payroll.
Mr. Barren has been listed in Marquis' Who's Who in the World since 1989 where also his academic credentials are presented. These include a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College in 1962 in Accounting and Finance. In addition, he has a Master's Degree from Bucknell University in 1963 in Finance and Economics plus in 1967 and 1968, two graduate certificates in International Marketing and Finance - with one, from the Harvard Business School and the other, from Cambridge University (Pembroke College) - England.
After graduating film school, Fayr Barkley began her career with a CBS affiliate in Jackson, MS as a television journalist and anchor. She began freelancing for CBS network at age 21 and originated, wrote and syndicated her news stories and features worldwide, selling to CBS Morning News and Walter Cronkite. From CBS, Barkley went to PBS as a producer/director and produced documentaries, docudramas, children's educational programming, and live to tape programming. Her writing and marketing skills were utilized by Geigy Pharmaceuticals to accelerate a sales territory from last place in the nation to the top 5 in a one-year period.
Barkley relocated to Los Angeles to further her writing and media career. During this time, she earned a Doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy with a specialty in pain management and a Ph.D. in Psychology. She started her own practice and worked with attorneys while continuing her pursuits in the entertainment industry. Barkley opened an office at Hollywood Center Studios and began writing and producing television pilots. She became a featured, recurring character that she created ("Dr. Fayr-Pajama Doc") on the hit syndicated series BLIND DATE for 6 seasons. Barkley parlayed her behind-the-camera and on-camera skills to write and host a pilot for a client.
Barkley is a human behavior expert who writes on topics from predicting human behavior, relationships, health/wellness and diet. She has written articles for More magazine, Shine, Ezine Articles, Oprah online, among others, and is frequently consulted by the Harvard based website Her Campus for her expertise in relationships. She has been featured in documentaries by M6 France, Australian television, and interviewed for her expertise in human behavior and imprinting by Orange County Register, New Zealand Radio 1, ABC News, CNN and other media. She is in the "experts" data base at the Dr. Phil show and assists producers when called.
In addition to Barkley's two doctoral degrees, she is an ordained minister. She is a certified legal mediator, nationally certified addictions counselor, and was a nationally certified Forensic Consultant to the legal industry in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.

Having extensive experience with entertainment production as well as cutting-edge content production and delivery technologies for over a decade, Gulas has been repeatedly cited as an innovator in entertainment industry publications, such as WIRED naming him as one of the "25 players who are reinventing entertainment" in Hollywood.
In 1997, Mirage Technologies, the Boston-based entertainment technology company co-founded by Ivan Gulas, acquired Pacific Title & Art Studio, one of Hollywood's oldest and most respected optical/digital post-production studios at the time. Gulas then relocated to Los Angeles to assume leadership responsibilities at Pacific Title & Arts Studios, which was renamed Pacific Title/Mirage (PT/M) after the acquisition.
During his tenure as Co-Chairman & President of PT/M, Gulas spearheaded the company's massive expansion, including the build-out of PT/M's revamped 75,000 square foot sound stage & studio complex. PT/M participated in the highest profile visual effects driven films of the time including Titanic, Deep Impact, and Dr. Dolittle 2 as well as several notable TV projects. He oversaw the Company's participation in Tom Hanks' From The Earth To The Moon, which garnered an Emmy nomination. Gulas also oversaw growth in PT/M's Digital, Large Format and Film Restoration Divisions. PT/M's noteworthy restoration projects included the digital restoration and re-release of The Wizard of Oz, as well the Star Wars Trilogy. Gulas was granted a U.S. patent for technology, which became the core component of PT/M's groundbreaking facial animation, also enabling the spin of LifeFx, Inc., which became a NASDAQ listed company.
Following the sale of his interest in PT/M in 2000, Gulas founded MirageQuest Media (MQM), which in the same year opened one of the most advanced virtual set studios on the West Coast. The Company's innovative projects at that time included participation on BET's Cita's World, (which aired for two hours, 6 days a week), music video productions, and pioneering efforts in early live broadband broadcasting and broadband distribution. Simultaneously, Gulas continued his participation in traditional film, TV and DVD projects. He served as Executive Producer on Dress Code, a feature film directed by and starring the iconic Shirley MacLaine, and was Director of Visual Effects on Olympic Glory, an IMAX film produced by Frank Marshal and Kathleen Kennedy.
In 2004, Gulas helped launch the Vegas TV Channel (VTV) while serving as its interim CEO. He was also an advisor, investor and President of B2TV at B2 Networks, a company that become one of the market leaders in the broadband broadcasting of live events. Prior to B2 Networks' acquisition by the National Cable TV Network, America One, in 2010, (where Gulas remains a shareholder), B2TV had successfully produced over 16,000 live broadband broadcasts (mostly via Pay-Per-View), and forged exclusive broadband broadcasting rights of over 420 teams in over 10 pro leagues (AHL, ECHL, IHL, USHL, NAHL, WSHL, TUF, Indoor Football League, Tennis Tournaments and more) as well as over 350 NCAA teams and schools.
Gulas has been an Executive Producer, Producer & Director on a series of live-to-air and Pay-Per-View shows, including five MMA & World Pro Fighting Championships from the Toyota Center in Houston and The Orleans arena in Las Vegas. Gulas also helmed the production and broadcast of live concert broadcasts from venues in Las Vegas.
In 2011, Gulas was Executive Producer and Producer of 'The Dreamsters' TV series, which premiered on KCET, with series episodes on Comcast and Kid's Bop on Dish. The same year, he launched SWIG, an app on mobile devices, featuring a selection of entertainment channel content and social networking, which now reaches over two hundred countries on mobile phones. Simultaneously he had spearheaded the development and production of feature film and TV series projects while expanding MQM's active participation in Europe (MQM Budapest) and Asia (MQM China)
Prior to his career transition to entertainment technologies and later productions, Dr. Gulas was in clinical practice in Boston, where he also held a faculty appointment at Harvard Medical School, Dept. of Psychiatry/Psychology and affiliations with Beth Israel, Mass General and McLean's Hospitals. He is also published author of a book and numerous professional publications.
An industry veteran with over two decades of experience, Mr. Shapiro is an exemplary entertainment executive, whose financial acumen has long been lauded among his peers. Mr. Shapiro, who honed his skills during the last 29 years at some of the most prominent entertainment companies in the world, is set to expand operations in the acquisition, production and worldwide distribution of filmed entertainment. Mr. Shapiro, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SMG will oversee all corporate, financial, and fiduciary activities worldwide.
In 1990, Mr. Shapiro, a licensed CPA, launched a highly successful professional consulting corporation, Jay Shapiro CPA, specializing in serving the entertainment industry on an international basis, with over 1000 engagements. Significant accomplishments included expert testimony for a major Hollywood litigation, public offerings for NASDAQ, AMEX companies in several workout situations, and mergers of companies with up to $500 million in revenues.
Further accomplishments include Mr. Shapiro serving as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration for The Program Entertainment Group in Sherman Oaks, CA. He oversaw all financial and investment activities for this publicly held television syndication company. Mr. Shapiro has also served as interim CEO for the Nostalgia Channel and several other media companies.
Prior to this, Mr. Shapiro served as Senior Partner and Director of Audit and Accounting Services for Laventhol & Horwath in Los Angeles, California, from 1982 until 1990. There he was responsible for the management of a $6 million worldwide audit practice, as well as the supervision of five partners and sixty professional staff. While at Laventhol & Horwath, Mr. Shapiro also served as National Director of Entertainment and Media Industry Services, and was instrumental in the initial public offerings of such companies as Lorimar, Qintex, Unapix, Peregrine, and Silver Screen Partners.
Mr. Shapiro has had personal film production experience with such feature films "Batman," "Coming to America," "Animal House," "The Omen," and "Lonesome Dove," as well as television programs including "Dallas" and "Knots Landing." He is an active member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Additionally, he created SMG Financial Services to provide management advisory services to entertainers and athletes.
Mr. Shapiro received his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and a M.B.A. (with Distinction) in Accounting and Finance from Arizona State University Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a certified Public Accountant (since 1974) and serves on the faculty of the UCLA School of Entertainment Studies. He is also a frequent lecturer on entertainment finance. Mr. Shapiro has served as Chairman of both the California Society of CPA's Entertainment & Sports Industry Committee, and the AICPA Entertainment Accounting Standards Taskforce. He resides in Bel-Air, California.
An entertainment industry veteran with over 40 years professional experience in cable television, live events and new media, Larry Namer is a founding partner of Metan Development Group (Metan), a venture created to develop and distribute entertainment content and media specifically for Chinese speaking audiences in China and abroad. An accomplished entrepreneur, Mr. Namer is the co-founder of E! Entertainment Television, a company now valued at over $3.5 billion USD, and the creator of several successful companies in the United States and overseas.
Among those companies are Comspan Communications that pioneered Western forms of entertainment in the former Soviet Union, including the syndication of the popular soap opera Santa Barbara, which ran for 10 years in the region, and Steeplechase Media that served as the primary consultant to Microsoft's MiTV for developing interactive TV applications. Steeplechase was also involved in the early development of ITV programming, creating interactive episodes of Baywatch, Pacific Blue and over 250 episodes of Judge Judy. Mr. Namer was also the Primary Strategic Consultant to The Documentary Channel.
A cable industry pioneer, Mr. Namer began his career in 1971 at Time Incorporated Manhattan Cable, and served as Vice President and General Manager of Valley Cable Television (VCTV) in Los Angeles, the nation's first 61-channel two-way cable system. His vision and direction garnered VCTV several Emmy and Cable ACE award nominations, as well as recognition by Forbes magazine as the national model for local cable television programming. In 1989, he was awarded the prestigious President's Award from the National Cable Television Association.
Mr. Namer is recognized as one of the world's leading experts on new technology and how it is fundamentally altering the business of international media and entertainment. Among the companies that have enlisted his expertise are Microsoft, Paul Allen's Digeo, World Digital Media Group (a joint venture of Radio Shack), EchoStar and Sirius Radio network.

Steve Nave is an actor and casting director, known for General Hospital (1963), The Master Demon (1991) and The Long Ride Home (2003).
Steve played professional minor league baseball with the Philly's and the Giants until age 22 whereupon he returned to his first love of acting. He has cast over 50 feature films, 60 television shows of various genres including: drama, comedy, game shows, specials, and movies of the week. He has also cast 70+ commercials and 25 major music videos for KISS, Jane's Addiction, Warrant, Dino, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, and others. He has cast print jobs nationally and internationally, as well as produced charity and special events with legendary names such as Charlton Heston, Jimmy Stewart, Gregory Peck, Henry Fonda, and Betty White.
Equally as comfortable in front of the camera, Steve has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno several times, has acted in over 250 television episodes, and 22 plus feature films.

Following his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania, Steven attended Emory University Law School in Atlanta, earning his law degree in 1991. Initially drawn to the practice of contract law, he worked for a few years in Washington D.C. & Baltimore, Maryland, at the law firm Whiteford, Taylor & Preston.
However, the world of practicing commercial law was no match for the dynamic and interesting world of entertainment. In 1993, Steven joined International Creative Management, a leading talent agency. There, he worked as an agent, representing leading actors and directors, and athletes. After six years at ICM, Steven's entrepreneurial spirit led him to start Current Entertainment.
Current Entertainment joined with Mosaic's Atlas Entertainment to form ACE Media, LLC in 2006 a talent management and production company. Chasman is currently in post-production on Lionsgate's The Bank Job directed by Roger Donaldson, starring Jason Statham and Saffron Burrows. He also produced Dimension's DOA: Dead or Alive directed by Corey Yuen, Sony's The One (2001) and Chaos (2004), as well as numerous films with award-winning filmmaker Luc Besson including Transporter 2 (2005), which holds the record for the biggest Labor Day opening of all time, Unleashed (2005), Taxi (2004), The Transporter (2002) and Kiss of the Dragon (2001). Chasman produces movies under the Mosaic banner for himself and his clients and partners with Charles Roven.
While producing The Transporter in France, Steven had the good fortune to meet French film actress NADIA FARES. They quickly fell in love and were married shortly there after. Together, Steven and Nadia made their most important productions to date, their daughters SHANA LEELEE CHASMAN, born on October 16th, 2002 and CYLIA MARTI CHASMAN, born October 14th, 2005. Steven, Nadia, Shana, and Cylia currently reside between Los Angeles and Paris.
