BURNSIDE PRIMARY

These visits will provide our Burnside Butterflies with the opportunity to become familiar with the school at the same time as parents/carers will receive important information about starting school. We will write to parents/carers shortly with more detailed information. We look forward to meeting everyone soon and in the meantime keep an eye on here (as well as our school app) and a look out for invitation letters... We are very much looking forward to welcoming new P.1 pupils to our Burnside family in August. In preparation for this, we will be inviting our 'Burnside Butterflies' in to school on the afternoons of Friday 9th, Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th June (exact times tbc via e-mail) to visit their classrooms, meet classmates and be introduced to their teachers. We invite one parent/carer along on these days also so that we can provide further school information. Mrs. McGarvey has been catching up with parents/carers via telephone and visiting our local nurseries... We hope..
