Abbie joined Clover in 2013 as a Dental Nurse but was promoted to Lead Nurse in 2016 and then Clinical Manager in 2019. She is especially good at building great rapport with the patients and they always know that they have a trusted person to approach to deal with any queries they might have about all aspects of the practice. She understands and embodies the whole ethos of Clover where the priority is the whole person and their health not just teeth!
Abbie has a wealth of experience in all matters to do with Dental Nursing and more recently Clinical management and enjoys running the team and helping all the members to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of Clover.
She married in 2019 and in November 2020 Remi her daughter arrived to turn her world upside down! She enjoys spending time with all her family, especially her husband Tom and baby Remi. She has a little cockerpoo called Bobby and he helps to keep her fit.

Danielle was already a patient at Clover when, just by chance, she heard Clover was looking for a trainee. She was about to leave school and she decided to embrace the opportunity that arose and joined the practice in July 2011. She qualified in 2013 and has developed over the years to become an invaluable member of the team. She has developed her professional skills becoming radiography qualified in 2014. She was promoted to Lead Dental Nurse in 2018 and has developed into an excellent organiser of the Clover Nursing team.
She excels at patient coordination and all the patients know and trust her. She loves being part of the team and really enjoys meeting new patients and seeing how they gain confidence as they have their smiles transformed by cosmetic treatment. She understands and embodies the whole ethos of Clover where the priority is the whole person and their health and not just teeth!
Her family are especially important to her and much of her spare time is spent with them. She also has her French Bulldog, Bertie, to keep her busy and fit.

Gemma joined Clover in 2018 and runs all aspects of Reception and Patient Coordination. She controls all the appointments and diary bookings and carries out all the day to day administrative tasks that Clover needs to operate smoothly and efficiently. She is always the patients first point of contact and deals with all the queries that arise in any normal day. She is especially good at the extensive organisational tasks required and enjoys the patient contact. She loves working at reception as it plays to her strengths and she really enjoys all the challenges it brings. She loves the interactions with patients and getting to know them, whilst providing a reassuring presence in reception.
Gemma is married to Lee and enjoys all the friendships built up through work. She loves spending time with her family many of whom live locally, especially her 8 year old niece. She is quite a cat and animal lover and has a British shorthair cat, Cleo. She enjoys swimming, reading, and listening to podcasts especially woman's hour.
Gemma joined Clover in 2017 after several years spent working in a Grantham Practice and gaining her Professional qualifications. Her experience and knowledge is an asset to Clover and a perspective from another Dental Practice is always useful for team development. She has progressed to become a valuable member of the team and her favourite aspect of working at Clover is the people. She loves meeting new patients and getting to know them and enjoys the challenge of the variety that Clover provides. She enjoys patient coordination and spending time explaining all the treatments available in an easy to understand way making patients feel more relaxed. She loves being part of the team and is a qualified First Aider whilst taking care of water safety for Clover.
Gemma loves spending time with her Fiancé, Alan, and has a wedding planned in 2022. She has many family members in the area and loves catching up with them. When she has time she loves socialising with her friends and in her spare time she loves cooking.
Kerry joined Clover back in 2003 and soon established herself as a trusted and knowledgeable member of the team. In early 2013 she decided to take on a new challenge in maxillofacial and orthodontics at Pilgrim Hospital, and whilst all the team and Patients at Clover were sad to see her go, we understood her choices. She remained there until 2017 when a new opportunity arose for her to return to Clover and re-join the team. It was as though she had never been away! Her skills and experience have made her yet again a valuable member of the Clover team and she qualified in Radiography in 2018 to add to her skillset.
She loves catching up with all the loyal and longstanding patients of Clover, as well as meeting all the new patients that join the Clover family. She also enjoys the variety of her job and how every day brings new challenges and pleasure when previously nervous patients relax and start to lose their fear.
Kerry has two children, Amelia and Harriet, and her husband Scott manages a thriving butchery business. Her family and dog, Monty, keeps her busy and fit and she has surprisingly discovered a love of clubbercise.
Kristina joined the team in 2018 and, as a Hygienist, is an especially important part of delivering the Clover ethos of providing high quality comfortable care. She loves engaging with all her patients and making Hygienist visits a pleasant experience. Her aim is to help patients to improve their oral health both by attending her appointments and by implementing all the tools she recommends at home. Her aim is to help patients to avoid and stabilise the damage caused by gum disease and help them to achieve a healthy mouth with the aim of keeping their teeth for life. She understands and embodies the whole ethos of Clover where the priority is the whole person and their health not just teeth!
Kristina loves to spend time with her friends and family. She enjoys going for long walks and cuddling up with her two cats, Rupert and Reggie.
Penny opened Clover Dental Care in 1996 with an ethos to promote oral health and general well-being, especially looking after patients who are extremely nervous and are reluctant to seek help. She treats everybody as she would treat her family and friends and promotes a caring feeling in the Practice so that everyone feels that they belong to the Clover family. She has been practicing for many years and loves seeing generations of the same family growing and then recommending others to come to Clover for the same inclusive experience.
She is passionate about how best to boost confidence and health, and strives to achieve this by careful gentle dental care along with cosmetic improvements using composite and porcelain veneers, crowns and bridges, tooth coloured fillings and rebuilds along with implant therapy and orthodontic improvements. She attends many courses to keep up to date and only uses the best materials and equipment. The practice recently invested in a 3D scanner to further improve outcomes and comfort for the patients.
Penny loves spending time with her Partner, Chris and her children Clare, her wife Libby and Granddaughter, Luna and James and Rosie. Clover and the family take up most of her time, but she loves seeing musicals and dance shows several times a year all over the country.
Rebecca started working at Clover as a Dentist in 2017 but her association goes way back to when she was 14 and came for work experience. She worked for several years as a Dental Nurse at Clover whilst still at school and then went to Newcastle to train and qualify. After several years, she returned to Lincolnshire and came home to the Clover family.
She enjoys the variety of patients and treatments and how every day is different. She embodies the Clover ethos of gentle dental care looking after nervous and frightened patients and developing them to be confident and healthy people.
She carries out the Facial Clinics and Invisalign treatments which help to improve patient's smiles and enhances their appearance whilst always keeping all treatments looking natural and youthful.
Rebecca has a large extended family locally and loves spending time with them all. She loves cooking and baking and keeping fit.
Roxy joined the Clover team in 2016 after spending several years working in many diverse areas of dentistry including the Community service and HM Prisons. She bought with her a wide knowledge of Dental Nursing and fitted in to Clover easily bringing her calm manner to the surgery setting and always able to help nervous and worried patients to deal with their treatments in the most relaxed way possible. She is an experienced and versatile member of the team and the patients find her calming influence comforting and helpful. She loves the challenges that Clover brings and is always keen to learn new skills as these enhance her enjoyment of the job. She is very organised which is an important asset and the tasks of dental nursing play to her strengths.
She is married to Aaron and has 2 young children, Amelia and Jacob, who take up most of her spare time. She loves spending time with her family and does not have much time for hobbies whilst the children are so young!
