Located in Washington, D.C., Rho Mu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®️ is the third graduate chapter in our Capital City. Delivering exceptional service through innovative and creative community programming, Rho Mu Omega is Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood as we continue to enrich the lives of those that we serve... Established in 1988 by 76 trailblazing women, Rho Mu Omega is a chapter committed to serving where we live, work, and play. As we SOAR, Rho Mu Omega is a chapter that will continue to LEARN from our legacy, GROW in sisterhood, and LEAD through service as we strengthen our community and foster partnerships that promote "Service to All Mankind"... Rho Mu Omega is dedicated to high scholastic achievement and nurturing lifelong learners. Through education, we are able to enrich the social and academic lives of youth and adolescents while building the leaders of tomorrow.
