Our Physician, Thresiamma Mathew, M.D., is a Physiatrist specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. After she graduated from T.D. Medical College, India, she completed her Internship in General Surgery from Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center/New York Medical College and her Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York Medical College. Currently, she works as an Attending Physician in the outpatient department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Queens Hospital Center, affiliated with Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. The Physician performs an Initial Evaluation through patient histories and a thorough physical examination, diagnoses and treats injuries and conditions, and directs your expanded treatment using non-surgical methods.
