THANKSGIVING FARMS

"Thanksgiving Farms was born in 1980 when Timothea Zimmermann received one of the first business loans for women in Frederick County and was able to purchase a 57-acre farm just south of Frederick off Buckeystown Pike in Adamstown... At Thanksgiving Farms, we grow our own. Our 57-acre farm offers new and unusual plants, bountiful fruits and vegetables, a CSA, and additions from local artisans in our marketplace. Fridays and Saturdays, we add locally brewed beer, food trucks and bands, setting the stage for what weekends are made for: gathering with friends and connecting with neighbors.
