Dr Brian Ang graduated in medicine from the University of Edinburgh in 2000 before completing his ophthalmology training in Norwich, England and Aberdeen, Scotland in 2009. He then furthered his glaucoma training under the tutelage of Professor Augusto Azuara-Blanco (Aberdeen), Dr Tarek Shaarawy (Geneva), and Professor Anthony Wells (Wellington).
Brian currently holds an appointment as a Consultant in Glaucoma at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, where he takes an active role in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and mentoring.In addition to his clinical research publications of cataract surgery and glaucoma management, Brian has published a book for aspiring ophthalmologists about how to be selected for an ophthalmic training programme.
Brian is currently part of the Expert Advisory Panel for Glaucoma Australia and the webmaster for Vision & Eye Health, a patient information website on common eye diseases and ophthalmic surgical procedures.
Dr Lemya Abdalla is a Consultant Geriatrician who specialises in acute and sub-acute geriatric medicine.
Dr Abdalla provides comprehensive outpatient geriatric services and consultation at Residential Aged Care facilities and is a participant of the Geriatric On-Call Roster, at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba. Dr Abdalla also holds a permanent position at Toowoomba Hospital.

Mary Aikenhead Ministries was established by the Sisters of Charity of Australia in 2009 to continue their work in health, education and welfare services. The name, Mary Aikenhead Ministries, was adopted in tribute to the foundress of the Sisters of Charity, Mother Mary Aikenhead. Mr Dinesh Agarwal is a urologist offering specialised care to people across a range of urological conditions and utilising the newest technological advances.
Dinesh has experience in robot-assisted radical prostatectomy, laparoscopic nephrectomy, GreenLight® laser prostate surgery and urethroplasty.
After completing specialist training in India, Dinesh emigrated to Melbourne in 1994. He worked as a urology fellow at Royal Melbourne Hospital, St Vincent‘s Hospital, and Monash Medical Centre, and, in 1999, became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in urology.
Pursuing his interest in technological advancements in urology, he decided to undertake further training in robot-assisted surgery at the University of California in 2004.
Dinesh has been performing laparoscopic procedures for over 20 years. During this time he's been involved in developing new laparoscopic surgical techniques and has had his work in this area published in a number of eminent peer-reviewed journals.
