A longtime Naples resident, Beth started her career in banking and eventually found her way to the construction industry. She has worked for several local builders and developers and has considerable experience in business operations and customer service. Beth has been a Florida licensed real estate agent since 2003 and is active in the community for causes close to her heart, including Habitat for Humanity, organizing blood drives and collecting toys at Christmas time for local deserving children. She has also been involved in the Collier Building Industry Association, serving on the Sand Dollar Community for several years.

A lifelong resident of Naples, Greg has been designing custom homes in Southwest Florida for over 30+ years. He has been a leading force in the local design industry, winning numerous awards through the Collier Building Industry Association and Lee Building Industry Associations.
His custom designs can be found locally (City of Naples, Marco Island, Royal Harbor, The Moorings, Park Shore, Bonita Springs, The Strand, Olde Cypress, Lely Resort and Quail West - to name a few) as well as nationally and internationally.
Greg's long list of repeat clientele view him as a patient person with a calm demeanor who is dedicated to his craft and respectful of his clients' dreams. As a customer once stated, "Greg is one of the most talented and honest people in the design world in Southwest Florida. Greg designed my own house along with many of my clients that I recommended."
Greg enjoys the outdoors and spends this free time fishing and enjoying time with his family. Greg is married to Beth and they have a grown son, Reid, who has also joined the family business.
Our creative department is headed by Mario Menchaca. Mario studied Media Arts and Animation at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. With over 13 years of experience in design illustration, he has worked with multiple designers and developers throughout South Florida. Mario's experience, artistry and skill level is unrivaled. His renderings are extremely realistic and it is difficult to distinguish his finished work from an actual photograph. He is also an excellent photographer which is a huge bonus to the team.
In addition to his artistic skills, Mario is a strong AutoCAD tech. His knowledge and attention to detail is evident in the work he produces for our clients.
Following in his father's footsteps, Reid has joined the firm. His current duties include stock plan development and processing orders. Born and raised in the Naples area, Reid is a dedicated, hard-working addition to the team.
