After graduating, she was a Victim/Services Coordinator the District Attorney's Office of Philadelphia in the Victim and Witness Services Unit where she assisted victims of crime to navigate the criminal justice system. She later was a paralegal with the Insurance Fraud Unit tending to matters involving application and incident fraud as well as assisting in grand jury investigations. Ana then graduated from Drexel University, Kline School of Law. During law school, Ana was an Executive Editor for Research and Production on Drexel Law Review and was on Drexel University's nationally ranked Trial Team. Ana was also a certified legal intern with the Philadelphia Legal Assistance, Family Law Unit, where she represented clients in hearings involving both child custody and protection from abuse matters.
Ana first joined Marks O'Neill as a law clerk. As an Associate, she focuses on matters involving professional liability, employment law, and casualty liability claims.

After graduating from Valley Forge, Andrew proceeded to Rutgers University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Economics and served as the Vice President of the Rutgers University Interfraternity Council. Andrew next earned his juris doctorate from Rutgers Law School and served as the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and as the Business Editor for Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.
Andrew joined the United States Army and has served in both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey National Guard. His prior service in the military included his service in units such as the Judge Advocate General (JAG), Cavalry and Finance corps. Before leaving the service, he served as a Detachment Commander in the New Jersey National Guard.
Prior to joining Marks O'Neill, Andrew gained litigation experience at an insurance defense firm handling a wide range of general liability matters, including representation in areas such as personal injuries and underinsured/uninsured motorist claims from automobile accidents, slip and fall/trip and fall premises liability. He brings over twenty years of experience in successfully defending premises liability, NY Labor Law actions, commercial property damage cases and wrongful death actions. Belinda graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a bachelor's degree in political science and she then attended The New York Law School. During law school, she participated in the Black Law Students Association, and served as the Treasurer of her school's chapter of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. During law school, Belinda served as an intern for the Hon. Judith Scheindlin, who was the Chief Judge of the New York County Family Court and is currently known as "Judge Judy." She also participated in her school's legal clinic, working on discrimination cases, and forming non-profit charitable organizations.

Christopher (Chris) Caiazzo has been practicing law for over twenty-five years representing clients in all aspects of general liability, New York Labor Law, professional liability, medical device litigation and malpractice defense. He is a highly experienced litigator who has successfully received multiple jury defense verdicts in New York courts. Chris is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
Over the course of his career, Chris has worked for several well-known New York insurance defense firms, where he was responsible for all phases of defense litigation from initial pleadings through discovery and trial. During law school, Daniel served as the multi-media committee chair and student senator for the Student Bar Association and held positions on the executive boards of the Fashion and Entertainment Law Societies. He was also a staff editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and served as a teaching assistant for the Entertainment Law Course. Concurrently, Daniel held internships at various law firms gaining both litigation and transactional experience.
Prior to joining Marks O'Neill, Daniel worked as an intellectual property attorney, handling trademark, copyright, and intellectual property matters. He also was an attorney at a consumer debt firm, handling negotiation, settlement, and litigation matters.

Danitza Campbell is an Associate with Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New York.
Danitza graduated from Florida State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and a minor in Spanish. During her undergraduate studies she received the honor of Garnet & Gold Scholar and Seminole Torchbearer. She studied abroad in San José, Costa Rica for a semester, volunteered in New Orleans with Habitat for Humanity to assist with rebuilding homes that were impacted by Hurricane Katrina, was a Youth Programs mentor with the Center for Leadership & Social Change, President of a dance team, and a Summer Bridge Program Ambassador for the Center for Academic Retention & Enhancement.
After completing her undergraduate studies, Danitza attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law. During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and was a Top 4 Competitor in NSU Law's internal competition. She went on to compete in the National Black Law Student Association Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition where she and her co-counsel received the title of Elite 8 Competitor out of 18 competing schools.
During law school, Danitza was a judicial intern for the Honorable Stacey Schulman in the Dependency Division of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Broward County, Florida. She was also President of Nova's Fashion Law Association where she spearheaded the first ever charity fashion show. She was the Vice President of Entertainment for the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, the Community Service Chair for the Black Law Student Association, and a BARBRI Ambassador. She also received the silver level of distinction for NSU Law's Pro Bono Honor Program. Upon graduating law school, Danitza completed supervised independent research titled "Franchise Law: ‘Good Cause' Termination".
Prior to joining Marks O'Neill, Danitza received experience in intellectual property law with a focus on trademark law, entertainment law, specifically within the music industry, and consumer rights law involving the FDCPA, TILA, and FCRA.
