Why the two names? We formed Northern Rockies Engineering, Inc. to focus on civil and water resource engineering and consulting work in Montana. Officially, Northern Rockies Engineering is a doing-business as (dba) of KirK Engineering & Natural Resources, Inc. Our webpages are now merged and our services, staff, and contact information are interchangeable... Our engineers plan, design, and provide construction oversight services for municipal civil projects, residential and commercial subdivisions, public water and wastewater systems.
