Jordan Heath is a civil litigator focusing his practice on personal injury cases and commercial litigation. While attending Regent University School of Law, Jordan served two years on Regent's flagship academic journal, the Regent University Law Review and served the last year on its executive board as the Notes and Comments Editor. While in Law School Jordan interned for judges in both state and federal trial courts, giving him an added insight into the inner-workings of the courts.
Joe Verser is named each year as a "Top Lawyer" by Coastal Virginia Magazine, in addition to be included annually in Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star." Joe is also rated "Superb" with a 10 out of 10 rating with AVVO. Joe has tried a number of cases to verdict in both state and federal courts in a variety of civil matters.
Joe has represented clients that have been seriously injured in automobile collisions, tractor-trailer crashes, as well as victims of medical malpractice and defective products. Joe has also represented businesses and business owners in cases involving shareholder derivative claims, fraud, conspiracy, defamation, and other business torts. In addition, Joe has tried a number of cases involving real estate disputes, contract actions, and suits involving trusts and estates. Kyle Zimmermann is a civil litigator focusing his practice on personal injury cases and commercial litigation. While attending Regent University School of Law, Kyle served as a staff editor for Regent's flagship academic journal, the Regent University Law Review, the President of Regent's Business Law Society, and a member of Regent's Trial Advocacy Board. While in Law School, Kyle spent both of his summers gaining practical legal experience by interning for firms focused on commercial business and personal injury law.
Kyle just recently got engaged to his wonderful fiancé, Skylar, and is looking forward to their wedding in 2022. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys exercising at the gym and playing softball in recreational leagues.

Len is a trial attorney. He has extensive experience in trying cases across Virginia, in both state and federal courts. He has handled a wide variety of legal matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, business litigation, will/trust/estate disputes, and real estate litigation. This experience has earned him a place on the coveted Super Lawyers' list, and has also helped him secure an "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale Hubbell and a "Superb" rating from AVVO.
Len currently serves as the President-elect of the Virginia State Bar, the state agency that licenses and governs the approximately 32,000 lawyers who are in good standing across the Commonwealth of Virginia. He will be sworn in as President of the Virginia State Bar in June, 2018. Len is the first attorney from the Virginia Peninsula to serve in this capacity in over 50 years.

Len was recently invited to become a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, which is a close-knit, peer-selected, and aggressively diverse honorary society of 3,500 trial lawyers across the country. Less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers are invited to join this organization.
