Cheryl completed her clinical training at the Karl Menninger School of Psychiatry in Topeka, Kansas. Before opening Houston P.I.E.R. she spent ten years working on the Professionals In Crisis program at the Menninger Clinic treating individuals, families & groups. She is also the former Director of Social Work Training & Education. She has experience working with physician health and lawyer assistance programs from all over the country. She is a state approved clinical social work supervisor and a senior faculty member of The Daring Way™... Outpatient psychotherapy practice in Houston, TX specializing in recovery issues and The Daring Way™
