James has been married to Wanda Ryherd for 24 years. They have between them 8 children, 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
James has been admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, U. S. District Court and the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
James is an Honorary ucky Colonel, an Honorary ucky Senator and a member of the Cartersville Chamber of Commerce and the Exchange Club. James is a past president of the Tompkinsville ucky JC's, a member of the Monroe County ucky Republican Executive Committee and the ucky State Republican Committee.
Louis has been married to Janice K. Burns for 41 years. They have four children and ten grandchildren. Four of the children, or their spouses, served or are currently serving in the United States Military, on as an Army Captain.
Louis is an Honorary Bexar County (Texas) Sheriff, an Honorary member of the Georgia Sheriff's Association, a former Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America, a lifetime member of the University of Central Oklahoma Alumni Association, and a contributor to the John Marshall Law School Endowment Fund.
Biography
Ms. Rutledge was born and raised in Sugar Valley Ga. After residing in Panama City Beach, FL, she has recently returned to the area and currently residing in Calhoun. She has two sons, a daughter-in-law, and three amazing grandchildren: Cage, Corban, and Claire.
In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, live concerts, sporting events, and cooking, as well as catering part time, and being a Mimi.
Tina was in the medical office field for over 25 years and decided to expand her horizons by becoming a legal secretary. She has been a part of our office since 2018 with expectations of growing with our company.
