BLACK FOREST HOTEL FOR SALE

We run the hotel ourselves, just the two of us. A traditional German continental breakfast is included in our prices and we have a small self-service bar for drinks and nibbles. We don't offer evening meals. The turnover could be increased considerably if evening meals were offered. Our main season runs from Easter to the end of October and winter business is also available although we choose to take our holidays between November and February and so only have occasional guests in during these months. When we bought the hotel we only had a very limited knowledge of the German language and we are still far from fluent. However this doesn't pose a problem - professionals such as Doctor's, Dentists, Bank Managers etc always have a good knowledge of English... Established busy hotel/guest house for sale.
