Alerding Consulting was established in 2012 by Mr. R. James Alerding, CPA/ABV to provide a wide range of valuation and forensic consulting and general business consulting services. Mr. Alerding has over 45 years of experience working with businesses in various consulting matters and over 30 years of experience working with complex valuation and litigation support matters. He lectures frequently on business valuation and forensic services and has testified many times on valuation and economic damages in a variety of Federal and State courts. Jim has published numerous articles on business valuation and related subjects.
