Now, he is responsible for the consolidation and expansion of our customer profile, with his vast understanding of our business, commitment to building trusted partnerships and delivering innovation for customers at the centre of his approach.

Dan has held several financial roles for large organisations throughout his career - with over 15 years' experience in the financial services, government services and cash industries. Fergus is a people centric leader with thirty years' experience within the financial sector. His expertise spans both industrial relations; starting as chair for Unite at HSBC before leading an award-winning HR Team with people values at its core. This unique combination ensures that fairness and progress remain at the core of his leadership philosophy. As CEO, Fergus is dedicated to championing a collaborative work environment and driving initiatives that align with Vaultex's commitment to excellence and sustainability.

During her 11-year career at Vaultex, Stef has held several senior roles with Human Resources, including Head of HR Support and Head of Diversity and Inclusion. Her leadership is grounded in a people-first philosophy, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace while advancing key areas such as sustainability, learning and development, and recruitment, as well as overseeing technology and business change. Stef's appointment also marks a significant milestone; as she becomes the fourth homegrown executive to join Vaultex's executive committee.
