Walt served as a Captain in the United States Army, Judge Advocate General's Corps, and is a former Assistant City Attorney, City Prosecutor and Municipal Court Judge for the City of Columbia. He currently serves as the Richland County Adult Drug Court Judge and as Judge for the Veterans Treatment Court in Richland County. Walt was selected to be included in the Best Lawyers in America® in 2009, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016. He was named Best Lawyers® 2015 Lawyer of the Year for Mediation... We're pleased to announce our sister association, the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals following over a year of research and collaboration...
