VILLAGE MEDICAL

Village Medical is a nonprofit charitable organization setup to find help for such families. We are driven to improve quality of life through healthcare and education. In many of the villages in particular, and the country as a whole, such basic necessities are dismal or outrightly unavailable. Medical inadequacies including access and infrastructure, trained personnel, medical supplies and medications have needlessly led to the death of many women and children... Many of these unfortunate deaths can be prevented through education and training. For far too long The Gambia relied on foreign medical experts and teachers. Village Medical is committed to the education of Gambians, for the sustenance of any country depends on the education of her own people.
