My passion for the beauty industry stems from the empathy I have for others around me. I feel their want and need for consistency or for change. I want every client that I have the privilege of styling in my chair to feel beautiful and happy at the end of each service.

Color is my passion… I love creating color that is natural looking and complements the beauty within each individual. I am a skilled listener and believe that getting to know the client is the first and most important step in obtaining the perfect cut and color. The second is educating them with the right products and techniques to be able to re-create the same style at home.

These are words Danielle chooses to live by every day. Danielle constantly strives to better herself in her knowledge and skill set, while staying up to date on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry. After graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2011, Danielle entered into an advanced assisting and training program at a high end salon in Charlotte for a year. Upon completion, she worked in that salon as a stylist for almost 5 years before starting at Theory, which she has been proud to call her home away from home for the past 3 years.

Karie has always been drawn to the beauty industry so in 2009 she decided to start her journey at the Aveda Institute. After school, assisting, and advanced training and education, Karie has been behind the chair and loving every minute. Karie loves getting her hands into any cut or color, and making sure her client feels their best when they walk out the door! Karie loves continuing her education and keeping up with the trends, and being able to share that knowledge with her clients. When Karie is not working she surrounds herself with friends, family, music, and most importantly her dog.

Kelly has been in the beauty industry since 2010 and loves nothing more than making her clients feel beautiful while having fun and cultivating relationships with them in the process. When she's not working she is spending time with her husband, son and three cats. "Karie has been my stylist for the better part of a decade. I trust her 100%.
