Tam Fresh Cut-Pak, Inc. is a fresh vegetable and fruit processor and supplier. Our firm started operations in Sacramento in 1985. Our business has grown from a 4-person operation, in a tiny garage to our current staff levels, 60,000 sq. ft. facility and small fleet of commercial trucks. As we have grown we have remained constant in our commitment to quality and customer service. Our company motto has not changed over the past 34 years, "The Quality you need, when you need it."... Tam Fresh Cut-Pak, Inc. is primarily a fresh produce processor. Over 30 years ago, owner David Tam, recognized a need in the food service industry for pre-cut produce.
