Founded in June of 1989, the Sterling Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to serving the residents of Sterling, Virginia. For over three decades, we've collaborated with our network of community volunteers to enhance our surroundings, connect with our neighbors, and cultivate a welcoming and inclusive community. So whether you're a lifelong resident or a newcomer to Sterling, our goal is for you to feel a sense of belonging... Second, we deeply value the identity of Sterling. We are a strong, unique and respected community, rich with traditions, diverse in citizenry and uniquely positioned as the welcome gateway to Loudoun County.
