SCIRPDC

The South Central Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission (SCIRPDC) was established under the Illinois Planning Act by the joint resolution of the Effingham, Fayette and Marion county boards. Later the neighboring counties of Clay and Jasper joined the Commission's regional family.
