As Chief Commercial Officer for Navigator, she drives strategy and growth, adding nearly $0.5 billion in value to the Company. Laura led the creation of a CO2 pipeline commercial team, securing 75% capacity in long-term contracts worth $6 billion. Prior to joining Navigator, she managed the Shell Trading Rockies office and trade book of over 150 mbpd and executed structured transactions worth over $1.5 billion. Laura's leadership in economic evaluation and financial planning has consistently delivered high returns and optimized asset performance.

Chief Executive Officer and founding partner of Navigator Energy Services with over 15 years of energy industry experience. Since its formation in 2012, Navigator has successfully grown to become one of the most innovative and reputable midstream companies in the US. After successfully exiting Navigator I in 2017, the team currently operates its Glass Mountain platform and has transformed it into the largest crude-oil midstream platform in the Anadarko Basin, serving multiple producers, refiners, and marketers. Prior to Navigator, Matt held various roles on the investment team at Tenaska Capital Management. In addition to being a member of Navigator's Board of Directors, Matt also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Ion Clean Energy and an Advisory Board Member of Bluestem Biosciences. Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.

Over 24 years of oil and gas experience in transmission and midstream engineering, construction, and operations throughout the U.S. Prior to joining the Navigator team, Lee held the position of Director of Special Projects at Plains All-American Pipeline, where he oversaw and managed a large capital project portfolio associated with transportation and storage of crude in the Gulf Coast and Midcontinent regions. Has overseen the installation of > 3,000 miles of regulated pipeline across 9 different states.

Brings over 25 years of IT experience, including 15+ years in executive roles, with expertise across energy sectors like E&P, midstream, downstream, engineering, and power. He was Chief Technology Officer at Technical Toolboxes, a top developer of pipeline integrity software, and previously served as Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Information Officer for Cornerstone Building Brands. Before Cornerstone, he held CIO roles for various business units at Chicago Bridge & Iron (now McDermott) and led IT teams at El Paso Energy and Kinder Morgan. Trevis holds a BS in Communication Systems Management from Ohio University and completed executive programs at Harvard and Rice.

Since Navigator's founding in 2012, he has held multiple finance roles, helping drive the company's growth and strategic initiatives. Before Navigator, Anderson gained experience as an analyst at Stephens, Inc., where he focused on financial analysis and investment strategies, and held several accounting roles at Chesapeake Energy, contributing to their financial planning and reporting.

30 years of industry experience in various roles in product movement, operations, and business development. Prior to joining Navigator, Rosa was the Director of Commercial Development for Oxy Midstream Strategic Development, LLC where he managed special projects and midstream joint ventures. From 2004-2016, Rosa held various operational roles at Centurion Pipeline L.P. where he ultimately served as Director of Operations. Experience operating 6,000 pipeline miles across 5 different states, handling Water, CO2, natural gas, crude oil and refined products.
