Our goal is to reach out to people who have endured various challenges in life from anxiety and depression through to severe interpersonal problems, self-harm and other difficulties associated with personality and behaviour such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). A series of face to face or online counselling, couple therapy or DBT skills training sessions can provide the space to think about yourself and your life in new and creative ways, gain different perspectives on old and more recent difficulties and learn new skills... We also specialise in supporting people living with intense emotionality, difficulties regulating emotions, unhelpful urges and behaviours, often associated with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). We are offering comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mentalisation-Based Therapy programmes for people living with BPD and borderline traits.
