We have helped plan, implement, and evaluate senior living communities throughout North America. These were often original and creative solutions to a unique set of sponsor and market parameters. The projects with which we have worked have achieved full occupancy with substantial waiting lists, and continue to be highly viable operations with positive financial and market results... The Health Care Management team has a solid record in planning, operations and development. Often, we serve as an adjunct staff rather than in a consulting capacity.
