Caitlin graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2018 with a degree in Sports Therapy. Following this, she went on to work at a football club for 6 years. Caitlin then decided on a career change to dentistry and is now studying to become a Dental Nurse.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading and buying as many books as she can that will fit in her house, watching football (a big Chelsea FC fan), and walking her two German Shepherds.
Cassie is currently training to become a Dental Nurse at the practice and she enjoys assisting the periodontist.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym and being with her two pugs, Gomez and Lolly.
Monil joined the team at Bushey Dental Surgery in 2021 and works at the practice on Mondays and Fridays. Having studied at the University of Birmingham, he graduated as a prize winner after being selected for a special study module in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry. Monil is passionate about providing high quality aesthetic and preventative treatment with photography forming a key element in his treatment planning.
Early in his career, Monil completed the MFDS examinations and also a Postgraduate Diploma in Restorative Dentistry at the renowned Eastman Dental Hospital, to ensure he is equipped with the knowledge and advice to deliver the highest level of dental care.
Dr Modi has been a general dentist at Bushey Dental Surgery for over 30 years. She has always worked part time, which has allowed her to gain experience working in other Dental surgeries.
Dr Modi trained for her dentistry qualification at Guys Hospital. She has since kept up regular CPD in various subjects. Dr Modi considers herself as a general dental practitioner, and she is particularly good at dealing with nervous patients. She feels she has an approachable and gentle manner.
Dr Modi enjoys working as part of a team and is able to appreciate and recognise the strengths that different members of staff bring to the table.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys keeping fit by doing spin classes, yoga and Pilates. She really loves to travel and learn about new destinations. She feels lucky to live so near to London and be able to experience all that it has to offer including art galleries and restaurants. She is also a big sports fan especially football and tennis.
Rahul has a particular passion for the management and treatment planning of anxious patients. Since qualifying as a dentist from the University of Birmingham in 2017, Rahul completed his foundation training in North Manchester, before embarking on his move to North West London.
Through experience, Rahul has developed a keen interest in minimally invasive restorative and preventative dentistry; he is devoted to ensuring that nervous and apprehensive patients are put at ease to help them to develop a new routine of receiving regular, patient-focussed dental care.
Rahul is currently undergoing further studies to attain a Postgraduate Diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry with the globally renowned Dr Monik Vasant at the Fresh Dental Institute. Outside of dentistry, Rahul is a regular badminton player and a big fan of cricket and football.
Dr Rattan qualified from Kings College London in 2001. She has worked mostly in general dental practice for the last 19 years, part of that time has been in hospitals and community practice. Dr Rattan is a member of faculty of Royal college of surgeons and has a post graduate diploma in Restorative dentistry from the Eastman UCL.
Dr Rattan has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry (such as teeth whitening), complex restorative treatments and adult orthodontics including smile true, Invisalign and C-fast. She is also qualified to treat TMJ Disorder.
Dr Rattan believes great teamwork is essential to deliver the best care for our patients. Her approach is to ensure that everyone is well-trained, engaged in key practice decisions and happy to be working together as one team, inclusive of both dentists and nurses.
Her interests out of dentistry are yoga, dance aerobics, interior design and flower arranging. She is also a mother of two young children.

Dr Mangla graduated from Liverpool University in 2001 and has been working as a general practitioner for over 15 years.
Dr Mangla has been actively involved in further professional training in the UK and abroad. His continued passion to always keep up to date with the very latest advances and to provide the very best for his patients has led him to embark upon the wonderful world of Digital and Laser Dentistry.
Dr Mangla's specialist interests include Implantology, Orthodontics (including Invisalign) and Advanced Restorative/Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr Mangla says that working within this practice as an Implantologist has given him the opportunity to work alongside team members, including Shilpi, one of the practice owners. This has shown him how important it can be to lead and work together closely.
His interests out of Dentistry are keeping fit, playing golf and travelling the world. He prides himself on being friendly/approachable and looks forward to meeting you and giving you the smile you deserve.
Dr Zeenali Dewani graduated from the University of Manchester and has since completed a post-graduate diploma (MFDS) with the Royal College of Surgeons. She then went on to serve as senior house officer and later a clinical fellow in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery before returning to general dental practice.
She holds a keen interest in minimally Invasive and Anesthetic dentistry including tooth whitening and Composite bonding and is an experienced Invisalign provider. Her hospital background has not only enhanced her Surgical skills but also given her a vast knowledge of Facial Anatomy allowing her to practice safe and precise Anti-Wrinkle and Dermal Filler treatments as well as a full range of general dental treatments.
Her composed and comforting personality enables her to interact with nervous patients and children effectively. She is passionate about her work and is known to go above and beyond for her patients to ensure that they receive high quality, painless treatment.
Outside of dentistry she is an avid reader and enjoys travelling and trying various different cuisines!

Marta was born in Poland, where she completed her degree in Dental Hygiene in 2000, and worked in a reputable clinic in her home town. Dentistry has always been in her heart.
In 2005, Marta started to build on her experience as a dental hygienist in UK dental practices. She has continued to upgrade her skills and knowledge with courses both in the UK and Poland, as well as attending regular conferences.
Marta is a busy working mum with 2 lovely children, but in her spare time, she travels, reads, cooks, and enjoys pilates and yoga.
Megan previously worked as a Dental Nurse for many years before becoming a Hygienist. She studied Oral Health Science and graduated from The University of Essex.
Megan feels her skills are best seen when treating patients with dental anxiety and special needs. As our in-house chatterbox, you can normally hear her laughing before you see her!
In Megan's spare time, she loves travelling, socialising with her friends, and watching Netflix; she loves when patients give her good recommendations.

Mihaela is currently completing an apprenticeship to become a Dental Nurse and is the fashion icon of the practice. Her favourite part about her job is assisting with implants and loves working with others.
Mihaela previously lived in Ibiza and provided beauty treatments on luxury yachts. She can also speak three languages and so is happy to help anyone who's English is not their first language. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dogs, travelling, and fashion.

Since qualifying as a Dental Hygienist from Newcastle University, Neha has held a strong belief in putting all patients' needs first and understanding those needs to provide the highest quality treatment. She hopes to ease treatments for patients with her gentle and calm approach, especially when treating nervous patients.
Neha hopes to help her patients gain a healthier mouth with a confident smile they can be proud of. Outside of work she enjoys baking, especially vegan cakes! She also loves to travel and enjoys trying lots of different food from different cultures.
