Dhaya Bennet is passionate about People Development. He brings on the table multiple domain expertise and deep understanding of Learning & Development practices. His unique ability to connect with his participants made him the most preferred trainer amongst his trainees. His expertise in this space comes from deep exposure in L&D, both from a Leading Training Consultancy and by being an In-house Training Manager for a larger Corporate. Overall around 30+ years of work experience in leading corporates, both in India & Abroad, which includes HR, Admin, Training & Development and Retail Operations.
Dr. Ajay Shrivastav is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by International Coach Federation (ICF). He has over 2,500 hours of coaching senior leaders of various corporate houses. His Research Paper on Coaching Competencies was selected and published during Annual Coaching Conference in Aug 2012. His interview appeared in ICF Newsletter in Jan 2014.
Dr. Shrivastav has been trained on Psychological Assessment and Psychometrics by IIM, Ahmedabad. He is a trained and Certified Assessor and Practitioner of Saville Assessment, MBTI, HPTI, FIRO-B, FIRO-Business, Human Potential Assessment, Trait Emotional Intelligence, PPA-HJA (Thomas DISC), General Intelligence Assessment, Strong Interest Inventory.
Dr. Shrivastav is a versatile professional with over 3 decades of rich work experience in various business areas like Technology, Field Service, Customer Care, Sales, COO, HR, Training and Leadership Development. Starting his career with Indian Air Force, Dr. Shrivastav has worked in various corporate houses like Modi Xerox, Redington India and Tata Teleservices in various roles, and in various geography.
Dr. Veronica Madan has an illustrious career with mix of corporate world, along with classroom experience. An MBA in HR and Marketing followed by Ph. D in Management, she has groomed and developed talent and made use of personal experience to help prospects, become future ready for the Corporate World.

Having gone through intense Accredited Coach Training Programme (ACTP), she is Certified Leadership Coach. Also Certified Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming credentialed by Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming (India) and International Federation of Coaching and NLP(UK). She is a certified NLP Coach.

He project managed the launch of mobile phone service in parts of MP while working with a leading mobile company and has been responsible for many innovations in distribution, Brand retail while working for a leading consumer durable brand.
