Jodie has been a member of the Sharpe Academy team since April 2015 and teaches all ages from 3 to 18 in part-time and all full time vocational college students. She co-choreographed the Sharpe productions of Hairspray, Annie (World Record Production), My Son Pinocchio Jr, A Chorus Line and Legally Blonde and has most recently choreographed The Wizard of Oz and Cats. Jodie graduated from Margaret Howard Theatre College in 2014 after gaining her ISTD DDI qualifications in Modern and Tap. She continued to study after college at Linda Sweetzer Teaching Training College, passing her DDE qualifications in Modern, Tap and Ballet, she most recently completed her Licenciate Modern. Jodie is also a Certified Teacher for the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus and regularly attends training days and courses with industry professionals.

Kathryn grew up in Manchester and attended dance classes from an early age, completing both graded and vocational exams. After gaining her degree at Royal Holloway, University of London and realising her love of teaching, she then went on to train at the Royal Academy of Dance, completing the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies course and gaining RAD Registered Teaching Status. She has gone on to freelance across London, preparing students for examinations, auditions and performances with wide success, many students now training at prestigious ballet schools or professionally performing arts colleges. Kathryn is also qualified as a ‘Progressing Ballet Technique' Teacher, a revolutionary training programme for ballet dancers, which she implements within her training. She inspires, challenges and strengthens dancers so that they are prepared for the professional sector, in whichever path their career takes them.

Lisa started to dance at a very young age at her grandmothers dance school 'The Maria Anderson School of Dance and Drama'. The first time she appeared on stage was at 18 months old in panto and from then on she never looked back. She went on to perform in various shows, competitions and pantomimes over the years but her biggest achievement was when she landed a role in Les Miserables on the West End stage.
After finishing school Lisa went on to train at Redroofs Theatre School as a college student where she continued to take her dance exams in ISTD and then onto Millennium Dance for further dance training.
Lisa has completed all Dance Grades in ISTD Tap up to and including Advanced 2, ISTD Modern up to and including Advanced 1 and RAD Ballet up to and including Grade 5. Lisa has completed her teaching qualifications in DDE Tap and Modern and also has the higher qualification of Licentiate in Tap.
Lisa now teaches Tap, Modern and Jazz at 'The Maria Anderson School of Dance', DDE Tap and Various Tap grades at 'Linda Sweetzer's Teacher Training College', Modern and Tap at 'Redroofs Theatre School' and is now really pleased to have joined the 'Sharpe's' team to teach various grades in Tap.
Nick Jackson - Founder, Managing Director

Nick is the co-founder of Sharpe and is responsible for all finance, marketing and promotion for the company.
Nick originally trained as a Cameraman to work in Television and Film before moving into the creative art industries. For many years he was a Senior Artworker for the global advertising and marketing company Ogilvy, working on many international campaigns including Coca Cola, HSBC, Mars, Nestlé, Sainsbury's, Kodak and Motorola.
In 2013 Nick became full time at Sharpe assisting with the day to day running of all departments including the part-time classes, full-time college, online dancewear store and agency.

Richard is a Musical Director, qualified Teacher, Composer and Improviser.
He has recently worked as an MD on the All Male Iolanthe and All Male Mikado's national tours of the UK, Secret Garden at the Ambassadors Theatre, NewsRevue at the Canal Café Theatre, Stephen Sondheim's Road Show and Anyone Can Whistle at the Union Theatre and Finian's Rainbow at Charing Cross Theatre. He composed for Peter Pan Goes Wrong at the Apollo Theatre, and later for the BBC and Australian tour. He also played with Mischief Theatre as an improvising musician for their show Mischief Movie Night at the Arts Theatre.
Richard's other recent improvisation work includes the last five Annual 50-Hour London Improvathons, at Finsbury Park Theatre, LOST Theatre and Wiltons Music Hall. He has worked at the King's Head Theatre, Hammersmith Lyric, Riverside Studios, Old Vic Tunnels, the Islington Pleasance, Buxton Opera House and Royal Festival Hall.
Qualifications: BA (Hons) in Music & Drama, PGCE (with QTS) in Music, Post Graduate Diploma in Musical Direction and Repetiteurship (LAMDA)
After graduating Performers College, Rosina enjoyed a varied career as a professional dancer before transitioning into dance education with the goal for dancers to #DanceSmarter
Influenced by her time living in NYC, Rosina's work is fresh, current and unique. She has an infectious personality which drives and inspires all dancers and creatives that she works with. Rosina's work exudes originality and is internationally in demand; coaching some of the best dancers in the world.
