Dolly possesses a background that weaves together the spheres of technology, business, and faith. After earning her degree in Electronics, she pursued an MBA from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai, with a focus on Human Resources and Information Technology. She worked as an HR consultant and was involved in soft skill training in multinational companies. Dolly, alongside her husband David, has been part of Princeton Alliance Church since 2007. At PAC and at her home she facilitates Bible and book studies. She is blessed with 2 sons, one graduated from Wilberforce and another attending the Upper School. Dolly has been part of the Wilberforce Board since 2017.
Carolee is an educator by trade, having taught for over 30 years in public, parochial and independent schools as a classroom teacher, reading tutor and specialist in science. Carolee and her husband, Judd, have been active members of the Wilberforce community since 2014 and are now parents of two Wilberforce graduates. Carolee is a member of Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, where she has taught first grade in the Bible school program for many years. She has earned a Bachelors of Science in Elementary and Special Education and a Masters of Education in Guidance and Counseling. Carolee joined the Board in 2020.

Alcides Quitana was born in Cuba. He came to the United States at the age of 14. He has played and coached soccer for over 35 years, including coaching his own kids through the Millstone United program until they graduated. For the past two years, Al has been coaching U9-U11 boys and younger age groups within recreation and travel programs. He is also a certified USSF referee (travel soccer) as well NFHS referee (High School).
Al looks forward to sharing his experiences, knowledge, passion and love for the game with the athletes. At the same time, he strives to develop each athlete as a player and as a person under a fun and healthy environment.

Anna has a great love for all things sports and athletics. As a military kid with two older brothers, and a love for competition, she spent most of her free time competing in sports. In the 9 schools she attended as a military kid, she primarily competed in soccer, basketball and cross country. She was a starting point guard on her high school basketball team, and played a lot of street ball for fun. In soccer, Anna played midfield and forward and earned All-Conference MVP her senior year of high school. She then received a scholarship to play 4 years of soccer in college.
Anna's love of coaching started when, as captain, she was able to run soccer practices in high school. Her college coaches also took great time to invest in her understanding of the game, and included her in the many coaching clinics they attended. This only enhanced her love of the game and desire to pass down this knowledge, and love of the game to the next generation. In addition, she wanted to share the undeniable social, mental, and physical benefits of being an athlete.
Since completing college, she has coached at many camps and clinics for boys and girls of all ages, and also participated in an Athletes in Action soccer initiative. She was Varsity Girls Soccer head coach of Calvary Academy, an assistant coach of Girls Varsity at The Lawrenceville School, and coached K-8th graders with Robbinsville Soccer Association.
Anna is currently the Physical Education teacher, and Lower School Teacher's Aide at The Wilberforce School.
Anna Greco has a deep passion for sports and athletics that has shaped her life. As a military kid with two older brothers, her competitive spirit thrived, and much of her free time was spent participating in sports. Across the nine schools she attended, she excelled in basketball, soccer, and cross country. She was the starting point guard for her high school basketball team and loved playing street basketball in her free time.
Anna's love for coaching began in high school, where she took on leadership roles, running soccer practices as team captain. Her college coaches further fueled her passion by investing in her understanding of the game and involving her in coaching clinics. These experiences inspired her desire to share her knowledge and foster a love for sports in the next generation. She is especially passionate about promoting the social, mental, and physical benefits of being an athlete.
Anna currently serves as the Physical Education teacher and Lower School Teacher's Aide at The Wilberforce School.
Carolyn McDonough was born and raised in Mercer County. She started coaching at The Wilberforce School after graduating from Lafayette College in 2018 and works for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) as a local Area Director. In college, Carolyn rowed on the crew team and her boat won the Gold Medal in both the Dad Vail Regatta and the ACRA Crew National Championship in 2017. In 2015, she rode her bike across America on a 4,000 mile journey from California to Maine supporting a Christian non-profit organization. In high school, Carolyn ran cross country, played lacrosse, and competed in triathlons in the summertime and still does triathlons. She is grateful to be a part of the Wilberforce community and share her love for sports and Christ to her team.

Dave grew up in the hills of Northwest New Jersey riding his bike everywhere, whether to swim in Franklin Pond, to play pickup games with friends or to attend a sports practice miles away. In high school, Dave competed in multiple sports (including swimming) and twice earned Non-Public 2nd-Team football honors, (once on offense and once on defense). After winning three state football championships, Dave's high school career culminated in his being selected to the annual North - South football game, in which he played offensive tackle, center and defensive end. At the U.S. Naval Academy, Dave played football until a knee injury sidelined his career. While recovering from his knee injury, Dave competed in intramural water polo prior to making it to the pitch, where he played rugby for nationally-ranked Navy. Following graduation, Dave served seven years as a Naval Flight Officer before spending the next 23+ years as an FBI Special Agent. Dave married his college sweetheart, Janet, in 1991 and they are blessed with five children, including three graduates of The Wilberforce School.
Over the years Dave has coached baseball, basketball, and soccer, in addition to swimming. As a coach, Dave loves to identify untapped potential and challenge his athletes to use the special gifts God has given them to the best of their ability. Dave always prays that his athletes will accept this challenge, which helps them to 1) improve on an individual level, 2) cope with life's daily struggles, 3) build relationships with their teammates and subsequently 4) grow in confidence as a child of God.

Inez McGowan was born in Rome, Italy, and attended the American Overseas School of Rome before moving to the U.S. She attended the the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur in Pennsylvania for middle school and high school, where she competed on the field hockey, lacrosse, and tennis teams.
She earned her B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and her J.D. from Temple University School of Law. Before staying home to raise her children, Inez was a litigation attorney at Blank Rome LLP, working across their Washington, DC and Philadelphia offices.
A dedicated athlete and coach, Inez and her husband, Dan, have spent countless hours on the fields and courts, supporting and instructing their three children in tennis, lacrosse, basketball, and football.
Since 2017, she has been an active member of the Wilberforce community, serving as PTF Treasurer, Class Parent, Parent Ambassador, and a Lower School substitute teacher. As Middle School Girls Lacrosse Coach, she is dedicated to developing her athletes' lacrosse skills and instilling teamwork, leadership, and a love for the game. She strives to promote a spirit of excellence on her team all for the glory of God.

Jalen Baker serves as an Associate Pastor at Jacob's Well Community Church. He is originally from Dallas, Texas where he played Basketball and Football. Jalen looks forward to helping the team grow and mature as basketball players and into a strong team this year.
Kristen began running when she was 13 months old and just hasn't stopped. Raised in Encinitas, California, she played soccer and ran track through high school. She won league championships in the 100, 200, long jump, and high jump and competed in the CIF San Diego Section Finals in high jump each year. Kristen attended Calvin College where she double-majored in art and philosophy. She played four years of soccer, earning All- MIAA First Team honors as a defender. In track and field she trained under Coach Kim, a two-time Olympian and three-time NCAA Coach of the Year.Kristen competed in heptathlon before shifting her focus back to sprints and jumps. She became an NCAA All-American in the 4x100 m relay her sophomore season. While attending Westminster Seminary California, Kristen coached high school track and field and soccer at a nearby Christian school. After moving East, she continued to coach while working as a personal trainer specializing in sports performance, injury prevention, and sports nutrition.
Kristen teaches MS/US art at Wilberforce. She values every chance to encourage and challenge students in their faith in Jesus Christ and enjoys the unique opportunities presented in the art room and through athletics. She lives in Hamilton, NJ with her husband and two children. She is still up for a challenge and enjoys running fast and strength training as well as backpacking and water sports.

Lois Szeliga is a member of Stone Hill Church of Princeton and Union Church of Seaside Park. Lois and her husband, Dan, have 6 children, 5 who have attended or attend Wilberforce. She has been the Upper School Boys and Girls Cross country at TWS since 2017 and Track & Field since 2020. She has been involved in various ministry over the years, including hosting various Moms in Prayer groups and serving as a Sunday School teacher, Deacon, and Community Bible Study Leader. Lois joined the Board in 2021.
Lois grew up in Watchung, NJ where she began running competitively at age 9 by participating in the Jr. Olympics program. After 4 years of running cross country and track for her high school, Lois continued to run all 4 years of college for Rutgers University (cross-country, 800m, and 1500m). Throughout her running career, Lois' (high-school sweetheart) husband Dan could be seen trailside and trackside with signs of "Go Lois". Following a successful career in pharmaceutical sales, Lois was thrilled to stay home to care for her 6 children, Danny, Nate, Eve, Aaron, Josie, and Gabby. She is grateful to give back to a school and a sport that have given her so much. She knows firsthand the value of lessons learned for life and for faith through running.
Rich grew up in a Navy family, and has lived in all over the country. He and his wife Sheri relocated to Morrisville, PA from Encinitas, CA, in 2020. In addition to coaching and training, he loves outdoor adventure and travel. Rich is a graduate of the Air Force Academy where he he played rugby, competed in power lifting and was a cadet assistant in the Academy's Physical Reconditioning program. Rich is a certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and a Strength Coach. He coaches all ages, from teens to senior adults, whether they are interested in sports performance, cardio fitness, strength, weight loss, or improved mobility and balance. Along with his work at The Wilberforce School, he is a personal trainer and Wellness Coach at the Hamilton, NJ, YMCA.
Wayne has been teaching math at the Wilberforce School since 2016. For several of those years, he has coached MS Cross Country, MS Swim, and MS Track. He swam 4 years for his high school and ran 3 years for Cairn University's XC team. His most proud athletic achievement was completing a marathon after his last college season of XC. In all of the sports Wayne has participated in, he is passionate about reaching new goals, building up one another as a team, exercising for lifelong health, and developing good form. He believes middle school is an excellent time to discover new gifts and passions God has given students.
These days Wayne takes advantage of the endurance he has built through running by hiking and biking with his wife and two kids.

Eddie's soccer journey began in his hometown of Hong Kong during his elementary school years. Throughout middle and high school, he served as the team captain and led his school to victory in numerous interscholastic championships. Eddie's dedication was further recognized when he was chosen to represent the Hong Kong National Youth Team during his sophomore year of high school.
Upon arriving in the United States for college, Eddie continued to pursue his passion for soccer by joining the NYU varsity team, where he competed in the NCAA UAA conference. Today, he remains an active player in soccer, competing in a local amateur league in West Windsor.
Eddie wants to share with the team that God has given us the blessings to be able to play the beautiful game of soccer. He believes that through these blessings, they are not only able to play but to learn, grow, and cherish the experience of being a team united by the joy of soccer.

Howe Whitman, Jr. is Head of The Wilberforce School. He and his wife, Brenda, have four children, all of whom attend or have graduated from The Wilberforce School. They are also co-founders of Wilberforce. Howe worked in real estate development and investment for the JBG Companies in Washington, DC. Before his work in real estate, he served as executive assistant to Chuck Colson, the founder and Chairman of Prison Fellowship Ministries. He holds a BA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jake is an Air Force career fighter pilot currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer for the Alaskan NORAD region. He has flown over 125 combat missions and has commanded an F-15E fighter squadron. He earned a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the US Air Force Academy and recieved three master's degrees including a Master of Philosophy in Strategy from the Department of Defense's premier strategy school and a Master of Public Policy from Princeton University. He has served as a ruling elder in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church of England and Wales and is currently a member of Kaleo Church in Anchorage, Alaska where he worships with his wife, Ieva, and their four children. Jake serves in Kaleo Student Minsitry and on the worship team.

Jessica was a three-season athlete in high school. She ran outdoor track for four years and cross country for three years, being appointed Captain for all in her Jr. and Sr. years. She achieved varsity status in her sophomore year and was appointed Captain thereafter for cross country, and in her Junior year for indoor/outdoor. Throughout high school, she helped coach track for local municipal programs.
Jessica was introduced to running by her mother at the young age of 5! She grew to enjoy athletics and sports, appreciating its ability to build fitness, endurance, and character. She continued in college with the novice rowing team at the University of Michigan, receiving an Academic Achievement Award for Scholar Athletes her freshman year. For the remainder of college and graduate school, she would participate in various intramural sports, running road races until the pandemic.
Jessica is honored to return to The Wilberforce School athletics for a fifth season, hoping to mentor student athletes such that they find joy in sports and overall fitness and achieve their potential in competition for the glory of God. In between runs, she can be found brewing coffee and kombucha with her husband while learning more about Charlotte Mason's philosophy of education and attempting to run after their four delightful children and flock of ducks.

Mike is in his first year coaching at Wilberforce this season as the assistant coach of the middle school boys soccer team. Mike played soccer in his younger years, then baseball and football across his later athletic years into high school, and continues to enjoy the thrill of competitive sport. He currently stays active playing tennis, skiing, and mountain biking, and enjoys watching a wide variety of live sporting events. Mike enjoys the opportunity to have a role in the lives of his young players as they pursue their achievements as young Christian men. Mike and his wife, Taryn, have two children at the school.

Nicole has been playing soccer since she was six. She hails from Park Ridge, NJ and attended college at the University of Rhode Island. She played soccer with excellent club teams, including the Wyckoff Torpedoes and the URI Women's Soccer Club; but she enjoys sand soccer, on the beach with her family, most. Multiple knee surgeries limit her ability to play soccer today, but Nicole's passion for the sport and her children's own love for soccer keep her heavily involved. She is thrilled to be part of Wilberforce Athletics and is eager to see young Wolverines grow in confidence and courage through the sport of soccer.

Russ and his wife Linda have two adult sons. Russ brings his many years of experience in Christian education, leadership and development to the TWS board. He has served in Christian education for 31 years. Russ graduated from Messiah College and received his master's degree from Temple University. Before coming to Cairn University, Russ served at Delaware County Christian School, first as Athletic Director and later as Director of Advancement.

Steve Fischer is a member of Stone Hill Church where he serves as a deacon. He and his wife, Carolyn, have two daughters, both of whom attended TWS. Their younger daughter graduated in 2023, the same year that Steve joined the board. Steve earned a BS at Michigan State University and PhD from the University of Michigan, both in mathematics. He has worked on the research staff at the Center for Communications Research in Princeton since 1993.
Steve is an investor and advisor to companies, primarily in the healthcare technology sector. Previously, he served as Treasurer and led the mergers & acquisitions team at WCG Clinical, a Princeton-based clinical trials services and technology company. Earlier in his career, Steve was involved in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions for several energy, mining, and natural resources companies based in the Midwest and Canada. He currently serves as a worship leader at Jacob's Well Community Church. Steve earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Steve and his wife Sarah have four children. He has served as a member of the Wilberforce board since 2016.
Steve is in his second year coaching at Wilberforce, this season as head coach of the middle school boys team. Steve is an avid athlete, coach, and sports fan. He stays fit playing soccer, tennis, basketball, golf, table tennis, backyard football, and whatever else involves a ball. Steve played soccer and tennis for Ramapo High School (Franklin Lakes, NJ), which has perennially been one of New Jersey's most successful high school sports programs. In addition to coaching at Wilberforce, Steve coaches for Princeton Little League, with experience from tee ball (4-6 years old) through intermediate (11-13 years old). During his off-field hours, Steve can be found with his family, cheering for the Yankees, Giants, Rangers, Knicks, and the U.S. Men's and Women's National Soccer Teams. He also serves as Music Director at Jacob's Well Community Church. Steve delights in seeing his teams play with a strong competitive spirit while honoring God through their sportsmanship and sacrificial commitment to teammates. Steve and his wife, Sarah, have four children at the school, including three middle school soccer players.
