Tredil is a Real Estate investment company that operates in the management and development of both commercial and residential businesses... Tredil was founded in 1986, in the form of S.r.l., formed by three important florentine business groups. Specialized early on in real estate, the initial purpose of the newly formed company is to transform and enhance "Befani Palace", an important building in the city centre of Prato. In 1988 the first important change takes place: the company becomes a S.p.A. but retains its core business in real estate. The transformation of "Befani Palace" continues until early 2000, when another important change occurs: the current shareholding structure takes over the old corporate group and sets the foundations for whats to be the future of the company.
