The Pequannock, Lincoln Park and Fairfield Sewerage Authority (Two Bridges, TBSA) provides essential wastewater collection and treatment services to approximately 40,000 residents in Morris, Essex and Passaic Counties. Originally constructed in 1979, the TBSA owns and operates a complex network of interceptor sewers, pump stations and an advanced wastewater treatment to protect public health and the environment.
