Ebrahim holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science Honours degree from the University of South Africa, and joined Simon Hurwitz and Company in 1994 as an article clerk and rose through the ranks to Audit Manager in 1997. In 2000 he joined Gavin Varejes at Richmark in a financial capacity, and is currently the Managing Director of the Group.

Gavin's professional career began in the early 1980's when he became involved in the day-to-day operations of a family-controlled group of companies which held interests in several business sectors, including consumer electronics. Between 1988 and 1991 he ran Count International Broking, an importer and broker for a broad spectrum of goods ranging from consumer electronics to housewares, footwear and clothing. Gavin's entry into the cellular arena began in 1994 when he established DDM Cellular. The company acted as an importer and distributor of cellular telephones and accessories. The company was eventually incorporated with Star Call, under the banner of Euro Point Communications SA. Gavin was directly responsible for growing the company from an unknown entity to the leading cellular accessory business in South Africa. From there he moved on to found the Richmark Group in 2000.

Tanya Harvey started her career out in the Investment banking sector where she worked for JP Morgan Investment Bank first as an assistant on the Emerging Markets trading desk and then onto running events for the Bank for 8 years. She then moved onto Merrill Lynch Investment Bank where she ran all the events for the Bank. Moving out of the Investment Banking sector, Tanya joined Richmark Holdings in 2007 as an assistant to the then Chief Executive Officer, Gavin Varejes and moved onto managing all events and marketing for the Group. Tanya currently sits on the Board of South African Rugby Legends Association.

Zakiyya holds a Bachelors Degree in commerce (Bcom Accounting) from Rhodes University where she graduated in 2005. Zakiyya joined Karolia Jeena Incorporated in 2006 where she completed her articles and then worked in both the accounting and tax departments after completion of her articles. She then moved to Richmark Holdings in April 2011 as Financial Manager and became Director of the Group in 2021.
