JIRI PANACEK

I was born and raised in Ostrava which happens to be the third biggest town in the Czech Republic. I've been always passionate about all kinds of engineering since my childhood. This probably explains my top hobbies - remote-controlled models of airplanes and hobby electronics. Especially the latter has influenced my life significantly and no wonder I became an avid electronics engineer. Electronics design is an art to me and simply fascinates me... My first steps towards engineering were in the secondary technical school (a kind of a high school) with the focus on computer systems. There we had practical classes on electronics design, PC and embedded programming. It was great preparation for the career.
