Since then Padraig, the owner and pharmacist, has expanded the business by opening a pharmacy in Drumlish in county Longford. Both stores have undergone many transformations over the years - in August 2016 the Dublin Street store underwent a major renovation and expansion and aligned itself under the CarePlus brand while the Drumlish store did likewise in 2019. In addition, a beauty clinic "The Pink Parlour" was opened in the Drumlish store in 2017 which was significantly expanded in 2019.
