We stand on the principle that only through concerted voice and action can workers maintain a fair, just and equitable partnership with their employers in the work place. We contend that all men and women have the right to organize for their own benefit, free from coercion and intimidation. We endeavor to further the interests, not only of those hard working men and women we directly represent, but all working people. We welcome all those who wish to organize, and extend our hand to help all those who want to help themselves.
