The Professional Firefighters/Paramedics of Palm Beach County, Local 2928, I.A.F.F., Inc. is a labor organization established in 1984 after the consolidation of ten different fire districts in Palm Beach County. Today, Local 2928 represents over 2500 bargaining employees throughout seven fire rescue departments, servicing the citizens of Palm Beach County. Our knowledge of labor issues and professional decorum is what gives Local 2928 the ability to fight for the fair wages and benefits of our members. United, through fraternal organization, Local 2928 is bestowed the privilege of improving the lives of its members for generations to come... We represent Firefighters, Paramedics, Fire-Life Safety, Dispatchers, and Support Services employees working for seven different fire departments within Palm Beach County, FL.
