Athena's Gem, Inc, is a nonprofit, 501c(3) tax exempt organization with a purpose and goal of renovating the 1901 Gem Theatre building located in downtown Athena, Oregon. The project also includes the renovation of the Star Saloon next door, rebuilding it in an Old West-style facade... The Athena Gem Theatre is located in Athena, Oregon, in the heart of eastern Oregon wheat country, overlooking the Umatilla Indian Reservation about 20 minutes North of Pendleton, Oregon.
