Deirdre Ramanujam is an immigration lawyer who began her career helping Silicon Valley tech firms bring their employees to the United States on work visas. Her current practice continues this work while also concentrating on businesses newly expanding to the US market, US citizenship renunciation, and many types of family-based immigration.
Before graduating from the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law in 2010, Deirdre took a law course from then-sitting US Supreme Court judge Anthony Kennedy in Salzburg, Austria. She has a long history of doing pro bono work, helping victims of crime obtain visas to help law enforcement, and obtain legal status through family members or programs aimed at protecting people from temporarily dangerous conditions at home. She is fluent in Spanish and speaks French at a conversational level.
When not at work, Deirdre is an avid long-distance runner and dancer. She previously worked both in writing greeting cards and reviewing TV movie scripts.

Eryn Hanlon is a US immigration lawyer and Partner at GHK. Her current practice focuses on incorporation and expansion of businesses into the United States, US trademark applications and US immigration. Eryn has a wide client base including start-ups and established businesses as well as families, individuals and artists/entertainersjournalists looking to work and perform in the US.
Prior to starting GHK, Eryn practiced US employment law in Chicago. She holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctorate (law degree) from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit and an LLM in Business Law from Kingston University in London. She has been a practicing attorney since 2008.
Eryn is also the President of American Women Lawyers in London (AWLL) and an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Isabella Oseni joined Greenwood Hanlon Kendrick in July 2022 as a Paralegal in our UK office. She supports the Attorneys and Partners on both corporate and private client immigration matters. Isabella provides assistance by drafting legal documents, visa applications and petitions as well as handling day-to-day client matters and carrying out office administration.
Isabella graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2019 with a First class Degree in Law. She was also awarded the Excellence of Achievement Scholarship for three consecutive years. Following completion of her studies, Isabella went to work within the personal injury sector managing a caseload of Criminal Injuries claims. Isabella is due to start studying for the New York bar and aspires to qualify as a US Attorney as well as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Outside of the office, Isabella enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends.
Joseph Greenwood is a native Londoner, admitted as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in the State of New York.

Neha Sinha is a US immigration lawyer with over 7 years in the industry. Currently based in our London office, she commands expertise in employment-based US immigration law, advising executives, department heads, and HR managers on US visa and green card eligibility for foreign national employees.
Prior to joining Greenwood Hanlon Kendrick, she worked at a boutique immigration law firm in London, UK providing services to foreign investors and entrepreneurs. Before she began her career in the UK, Ms. Sinha worked as an Attorney Law Clerk at the US Attorney's Office - Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn, New York.
Sinha has a master of laws from Kings College London and she is admitted to practice in New York. She is an active member of the local European chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Thomas M. Kendrick was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and is admitted as an Attorney in both Missouri and Illinois.
