Alyson Ryall

Alyson Ryall is a Vascular Surgery Physician Assistant hailing from Vero Beach! Alyson received her vein training under the same tutelage as Dr. Beckett, with Dr. John Kingsley's team in Birmingham, Alabama. With an artful eye and incredible attention to detail, Alyson has been making spider veins, telangiectasia (tiny veins) hemangiomas and other vascular related unwanted skin imperfections disappear. Alyson received her Physician Assistant degree and Board Certification from University of Alabama at Birmingham. She attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas double majoring in Psychology and Music Therapy, receiving the distinguished Hilltop and Rotunda Scholar. Alyson remains active in many national and state societies. She is an avid runner and happy to be back in Vero Beach with family and friends.

Dr. Michele Maholtz

Dr. Michele Maholtz has been practicing Aesthetic Medicine in Indian River County since 2015 and is triple Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She graduated magna cum laude and is the newest member of the Skin & VeinTherapies team. Looking rejuvenated and more youthful is Dr. Maholtz specialty. She blends art and science, utilizing state-of-the-art Lasers and Radio Frequency Microneedling. Coupled with dermal fillers and other modalities, minimizing fine lines, wrinkles, age spots and facial veins while restoring skin health and elasticity. The result is patients look younger and more rejuvenated, all without invasive surgery. Dr. Maholtz received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Jefferson Medical College Philadelphia, Pa. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine, serving as Chief Resident at University of Rochester, NY. During residency, Dr. Maholtz was awarded a fellowship in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Maholtz came to Vero Beach in 1993 and has served in numerous leadership positions at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, including Director of the Sleep Lab. She is a Hyperbaric Oxygen Specialist and the Director of the Wound Healing Center at CCIRH. Dr. Maholtz is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians and American Academy of Sleep Medicine and member, Indian River county Medical Society.

W. Clark Beckett

W. Clark Beckett MD FACS, is a nationally recognized board-certified Vascular Surgeon having trained under world-renowned surgeons Michael DeBakey, MD and E Stanley Crawford, MD. Dr. Beckett specializes in endovascular and traditional vascular care, such as stroke prevention, Deep Vein Thrombosis or DVT, endovascular and open abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, peripheral arterial disease or PAD as well as the treatment of varicose and spider veins. U.S. News & World Report has recognized Dr. Beckett as a "Top Vascular Surgeon" over 10 consecutive years. Dr. Beckett received his Medical Degree from University of Texas at San Antonio Medical School. After a five-year residency in General Surgery, Dr. Beckett remained at Baylor and was awarded a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery. After completing his vascular surgery fellowship, Dr. Beckett served in the Air Force as well as the Reserves. He has held many leadership positions at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, currently serving as Vascular Surgery Section Chief and Director of the Wound Healing Center. Dr. Beckett has also served as Chief of Staff, Chief of Surgery and Physician Liaison. Dr. Beckett is a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Michael E. DeBakey International Surgical Society, American College of Phlebology, Peripheral Vascular Society, Florida Vascular Society and the Indian River County Medical Society. Dr. Beckett was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. He has a compassionate approach to medicine, treating every patient as if he were treating a member of his own family. Dr. Beckett strongly believes in giving back to his community. Since arriving at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital, Dr. Beckett has been providing vascular surgery to those without the ability to pay through the We Care program. He has been a team captain for United Way as well as supporting numerous organizations throughout our beautiful county.
