Beginning his career over 35 years ago, Jose Barrena has worked in several interior design studios in the State of Connecticut, USA such as Jay's Interiors and BC Porter's, later he created his own interior design company: Jose Barrena Interiors, working on interior design projects ​​in the States of Connecticut and New York... In 1985 Jose Barrena moved to Marbella and was employed as an Interior Designer at the Company of Architecture and Interior Designing , Aesthetics and also at the furniture and design company, Roche Bobois.
