I am definitely a life-long learner, I have a continued thirst for knowledge, professionally and personally. Consequently, this has added breadth and depth to my foundation in Person Centred Therapy to include, relationship therapy and EMDR. I have particular interest in Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT), and Trauma Therapy, all of which inform my work with clients across the lifespan... My approach is intuitive, open and creative.
