Analise Sisneros is the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO for Central City Association (CCA). She provides high-level support to Nella McOsker, as well as the CCA Team, to achieve CCA's mission of achieving a vibrant, welcoming Downtown Los Angeles.
Analise previously worked in e-commerce as a Digital Manager where she led web design and marketing to maximize profits and boost conversions. She was also previously in the fashion industry where she worked with top brands across the West Coast.

Anh Nguyen is the Chief Strategy Officer for Central City Association (CCA) and brings over 16 years of experience in local, state, and federal government to the organization. Nguyen works closely with the CEO to develop and execute CCA's strategic plan and provides strategic direction for both internal and external operations. Also overseeing the Public Policy Department, Nguyen sets the legislative agenda for CCA and works to advance Downtown's growth through advocacy, economic development, and business development.
Nguyen previously served as Partner at Veronica Perez & Associates, one of the top public affairs firms in Los Angeles. Her expertise in community engagement, government affairs, land use, and transportation helped clients navigate through a complex political and policy environment in California. Combining her legal background and government experience, Nguyen directed numerous successful advocacy campaigns ranging from statewide ballot initiatives to grassroots local movements.
Prior to joining Veronica Perez & Associates, Nguyen was CCA's Senior Director of Legislative & Legal Affairs. Nguyen managed the organization's legislative affairs and worked closely with community stakeholders and elected officials from all levels of government to implement successful government relations/public policy strategies for CCA and its corporate and non-profit members. Through her work at CCA, she helped shape some of the most influential land use policies affecting Downtown Los Angeles and its surrounding communities.
Before joining CCA, Nguyen was the Housing & Economic Development Deputy for Los Angeles City Councilmember Bernard C. Parks. In this position, she led policy discussions on a wide range of issues relating to redevelopment, tax credits, city budget, rent control, living wage, and public works issues.
A member of the California State Bar, Nguyen received her B.A. in Political Science and Business Administration from UCLA, and her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she was one of the founding members of the school's Race and Poverty Law Journal.

Danila Fraga is the Events Manager for Central City Association (CCA). She works closely with the Vice President of Strategic Relations to ensure the success of CCA's events and provide office operations for CCA's team.
Danila previously worked at the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce where she assisted in developing and producing monthly programming and annual events for the Chamber's 800 members. She assisted in successfully transitioning the organization's major events to virtual platforms and facilitated digital event production for other Chamber of Commerce in the region and the Office of the Mayor of Los Angeles.
Prior to her role at the Hollywood Chamber, she aided in researching and identifying strategic partnerships for UNITE-LA. Danila received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Comparative Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Lisa Marroquin is the Director of Public Affairs for Central City Association (CCA). Lisa spearheads strategic communications and ensures that CCA's impact and policy advocacy priorities are effectively conveyed.
Lisa previously worked at M Strategic Communications where she executed public affairs strategies for clients in a variety of sectors. Prior to that, Lisa served as Assistant Director of Strategic Communications in the Office of California Governor Gavin Newsom and in both legislative and communications roles in the Office of Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.
She also has also been an organizer for Communities for a New California Education Fund and SEIU International.

Michael Shilstone is the Vice President of Policy & Research for Central City Association (CCA). He manages CCA's advocacy and research across a broad portfolio of policies and issues, including economic development, housing, land use, transportation and governance. Michael brings a data-driven approach to policymaking and aims to foster cross-sectoral capacity through coordination and collaboration with public, private and nonprofit stakeholders.
Prior to joining CCA, Michael worked as a real estate and economic development consultant for HR&A Advisors where he focused on a wide range of initiatives at the intersection of the public and private sectors. He also previously served as the Press Officer for the New York City Department of City Planning.
Michael received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Manhattan College and a Master of Urban Planning with a concentration in Economic Development from the University of Southern California. Michael is a member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on the Los Angeles District Council Advisory Board, and was a member of Coro Southern California's 2022-2023 Lead LA 5 cohort.

Nella McOsker is the President & CEO of Central City Association (CCA), a premier advocacy organization dedicated to enhancing Downtown Los Angeles' vibrancy and increasing opportunity in the region. In this role, McOsker represents the interests of 300 businesses, trade associations and nonprofit organizations in LA County.
Under her leadership, CCA has successfully advocated for increased housing in the DTLA 2040 Community Plan, partnered with Metro on a variety of initiatives including public safety station improvements, produced a report advocating for Governance Reform, published the RISE Roadmap for DTLA Economic Recovery and convened stakeholders around Olympics preparation. Building on CCA's legacy of adaptive reuse, Nella is leading the organization in ushering in the next iteration of conversions in Los Angeles.
Prior to becoming CEO, McOsker served as CCA's Vice President of Strategic Relations, managing operations, membership, revenue and development. She has an extensive background in Los Angeles public affairs executing major initiatives like statewide ballot propositions, corporate communications campaigns, crisis management and strategic planning.
McOsker is a member of the Board of Directors for FilmLA, serves on the Advisory Board for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Los Angeles chapter, and was a founding private sector participant of Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass' Harvard Bloomberg City Leadership Initiative. She graduated from University of Notre Dame and is an alumna of the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs and Teach For America.

Sean Heffron is the Operations Associate for Central City Association (CCA). Sean manages operations for CCA including office management, finance, billing, as well as membership and strategic event support across organization's departments.
Prior to joining CCA, Sean worked for the Los Angeles Mayor's Office most recently serving as the Executive Officer to the Deputy Mayor responsible for maintaining and improving the City's transportation network, infrastructure, LA River revitalization and neighborhood services. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he assisted in leading the launch and rollout of the Mayor's Office emergency hotline, vaccine phonebank, as well as multiple financial and rental assistance programs. Throughout his time at the Mayor's Office, Sean was also responsible for supporting the planning and production major events including the annual State of the City Address.
Before joining the Mayor's Office, he worked as a Campaign Field Organizer for the Iowa Democratic Party. Sean has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and English from Sewanee: The University of the South.
