As managing director of strategic initiatives, Allison DeWitt oversees the Indiana University Alumni Association's operations team, manages the organization's strategic initiatives, and creates tools and frameworks for measuring the impact of alumni engagement at Indiana University.
Her advancement and association management experience provides her with a well-rounded skill set in areas such as volunteer management, event and program design, training and development, membership and constituent outreach, and communications. Previously, Allison worked in alumni engagement at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Ball State University Foundation, and the North American Hardware and Paint Association.
Allison also works closely with the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and she is now a member of the CASE Indiana Committee.
She has a bachelor's degree from Ball State University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in public affairs at Indiana University.

April Wason is the executive liaison at the Indiana University Alumni Association. She supports the chief alumni officer and executive office. With over a decade of experience in executive administration, April facilitates seamless communication and collaboration between executives, teams, and stakeholders. She handles matters of significance on behalf of the executive, drafts and prioritizes complex communications, and undertakes special projects, including collaborations with units across the university.
April holds a bachelor's degree in communication and culture from Indiana University. She completed the Principles and Techniques of Fundraising program at the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and is a distinguished graduate of Leadership Bloomington-Monroe County.

As associate vice president of marketing & communications, Cindy Chaifetz leads a cross-functional team within the Indiana University Foundation and Indiana University Alumni Association. Her team carries out a cohesive marketing strategy to increase awareness, brand recognition, and alignment of university, engagement, and philanthropic messaging.
Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked as the chief marketing officer at the Investments & Wealth Institute, a trade association and executive educational provider for financial advisers worldwide. During her tenure, she leveraged staff talents, introduced innovative technology platforms, and applied fresh techniques to deliver personalized customer experiences that led to measurable business results.
Cindy also served as global director of marketing, communications, and branding at TTEC (TeleTech), an organization specializing in customer experience technology and services. In this role, she managed the marketing, communications, and branding efforts that included social media, events, and creative and company culture initiatives in 80 offices, 30 countries, and across six continents. Prior to this work, Cindy worked at leading advertising agencies in Phoenix and Houston.

Cindy is a former Executive Council member, founding board member and immediate past president of the LGBTQ+ Alumni Association and served as IU Trustee from 1995-1997. She is retired faculty with the Kelley School of Business and is currently an artist in Bloomington with StoneWare Designs pottery studio.

Dawn is the vice president of the Office of Global Citizenship for Campus, Community, and Careers at the American Association of Colleges and Universities. Dawn has been a participant in the Washington, D.C. IUAA chapter and has served in leadership positions on the Neal Marshall Alumni Club board. She is an active member of IU's Women's Philanthropy Leadership Council and a partner of IU's Black Philanthropy Circle. In 2021, Dawn was named an inaugural member of the Institute of International Education's National Academy for International Education.

John is a two-time graduate of the IU Bloomington campus. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in history at the College of Arts and Sciences and then earned his law degree at the Maurer School of Law. John has served on the Neal-Marshall Alumni Club Board beginning in 2019 and on the IUAA Executive Council from 2021-2024. In October 2024, he joined the Maurer School of Law Alumni Board. As an undergraduate, John was active in the Singing Hoosiers and IU Soul Revue. Professionally, John is a claims specialist with Progressive Insurance in the greater Indianapolis area.

Katelyn is a graduate student in the Higher Education and Student Affairs program at the IU Bloomington School of Education. Currently working as graduate assistant in the IU Office of the Vice President for Student Success, Katelyn previously served as the inaugural director of advocacy for the Queer Student Union at IUB, of which she is a founding member, and worked as the training programs coordinator at the IUB LGBTQ+ Culture Center during her time as an undergraduate at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Kyle has served in leadership positions with the Evansville, Optometry, and Marching Hundred alumni communities. He was instrumental in leading and successfully executing one of the largest fundraising campaigns of its kind for the Evansville Chapter of the IUAA. Kyle received the IUAA Volunteer Leadership Award in 2019. He works as an optometrist at Evansville Eyecare Associates.

Lindsey Pearsey is the associate vice president of annual giving and market segmentation at the Indiana University Foundation.
Lindsey provides leadership for scaled, multi-channel donor fundraising campaigns using data insights which include alumni and donor interests, giving behaviors, and affinities. Before joining the IU Foundation, she served in a senior level position at Simon Property Group, leading marketing analytics as well as consumer and business-to-business financial card service products. She was also the owner and president of a media buying agency focused on print marketing.
Lindsey earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and English from Indiana University, and a graduate certificate in business analytics from the IU Kelley School of Business.

Martin is the executive director of the St. Mary's Legacy Clinic which provides health care to the poor and medically underserved in eastern Tennessee. Prior to this position, he served as senior international business analyst at Walmart Inc., and an entrepreneur in the field of health care innovation, strategic planning, and technology. He is a board member and past president of the Latino Alumni Association and a past member of the Executive Council. He earned the President's Award in 2016.

Mary Bonk is the vice president for advancement project management, support, and technology services at the Indiana University Foundation and the Indiana University Alumni Association. She is the data steward and access coordinator for advancement for both institutions. Her current responsibilities include oversight of alumni-donor data usage, project management, business process improvements, user support, training, provision of hardware and software, technology infrastructure, systems integrity, and IT security for the Foundation and the Alumni Association.
Mary has served in several leadership roles at the IU Foundation, including director of account services, associate vice president for administration, and overseeing account administration, facilities, and insurance. She has also worked in public accounting and healthcare financial management and decision support.

Mary Susan has been Fox 59's Parenting and Family Lifestyle contributor since 2009 and was named President of Academic and Institution Services for the AEA Institute as of March 1, 2024. She helped start The Hearing Resource Center, a free clinic for children born deaf or hearing-impaired, for which she received a Leadership Service Award from former Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels. Mary Susan has served as chairperson of IU Women's Leadership Colloquium and Women's Philanthropy Council, and on the board of directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She currently serves on IU's College of Arts and Sciences Dean's Advisory Board, the Dean of Student Affairs' Parent Advisory Board, and the Greek Life Task Force.

Mautrice is an Indianapolis native and chief talent officer at the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), where she has spent the past 22 years of her professional career. She has served on the IUAA Executive Council and is a past president of the IU School of Liberal Arts Alumni Board. She has also served the School of Liberal Arts Alumni Board as member and treasurer prior to her role as president. Mautrice served as co-host of the IU Indianapolis 50th anniversary kickoff celebration in 2021. She received the 2022 Alumni of the Year Award for the IU Indianapolis Department of Communication Studies.

Mike King is the executive director of finance, planning, and alumni business operations at the Indiana University Alumni Association. Mike provides leadership to the association in budget, financial planning and analysis, policy management, human resources, financial processing, accounting, tax, audit, risk management, and nonprofit compliance. Mike also plays a key role on the leadership team and other cross-functional teams that support the operations and missions of the association and the IU Foundation.
Before joining the IUAA in his current role, Mike served 15+ years in finance and operations leadership roles within an operating division of Berkshire Hathaway, and 5+ years in Mergers & Acquisitions integration/project leadership at Bon Secours Mercy Health, all located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mike also held volunteer leadership roles within IUAA as a past local chapter leader (President, VP, and Treasurer) in Cincinnati, Ohio and was part of the IUAA Executive Council.

Mike is chief operating officer at the Hospice Foundation in South Bend where he oversees strategic and operational aspects of the organization. He has served on the Finance Committee and Executive Council for the IUAA, IU South Bend Board of Advisors, IU South Bend For All Campaign Committee, the IUAA Strategic Directions Task Force, and was president of the IU South Bend Alumni Board. For his leadership in these and other areas, Mike was honored with the IUAA President's Award in 2001, the IU South Bend Distinguished Alumni Award in 2010, and the Continuing Studies Distinguished Alumni Award in 1999.

Patricia (Tricia) Riveire Stumpf serves as chief executive officer of the IU Alumni Association and chief alumni officer of Indiana University. She is the first woman to hold this role.
Patricia Riveire Stumpf Chief Alumni Officer Degrees: MS'07 Bloomington, Ind. As Chief Alumni Officer of the IU Alumni Association, Tricia is the 12th alumni executive and the very first woman to hold this role. Within the community, Tricia serves as Director of Leadership Bloomington-Monroe County and sits on the board of directors for the WonderLab Museum of Science, Health, and Technology. She earned her master's degree from Indiana University in higher education administration, and her bachelor's degree from DePauw University. A Bloomington native, Tricia and her husband Jeff have four children.

Shishir earned the Master of Laws in 2006 from the McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.
